Draco immediately stopped shouting the curse and lowered his wand. "P..professor!" he shouted. "Uh..J..just teaching them a lesson. Hope you understand."

Snape looked uncertain staring at Draco and noticing there were many witnesses.

Draco stomped up to Snape and muttered in hushed tones," Come on, it was all in good fun! They deserved it. The Dark Lord would approve. You know he would," he said, slyly, trying to persuade Snape to leave him off the hook and drop all punishments.

*I know right.* Cho angrily flipped to page 456. Snape dragged on about potions and blah blah blah. Then they dismissed. Cho apparated in front of Proffesor Dumbledore's office. *Talk later Sarah.* SHe knocks on the door. She opens the door and says,"Proffesor, you should ban unforgivable curses....Draco was attempting it on us."

Profesor Dumbledore got up and said patiently,"Cho, dear, sit down and explain to me what happened exactly."

Cho sat down and took a deep breath. "We went into potions class and Sarah got hit by a crucio curse....I created a shield and he still didn't quit......then I got an idea where I back up against the door and Sarah would open it. Snape was standing there with a bunch of our fellow classmates.....Snape let it go."

Sarah had decided to go study by the lake she always did great there. "I hope Cho is getting this fixed."

Cho took another deep breath and then said,"Proffesor...you should do something about it."

Dumbledore stroked his beard appearing to be pondering.

Draco, having no clue that Cho was reporting him, walked very smugly out of the classroom, having gotten free of all punishments of using an unforgiveable curse.
