Draco, knowing he could be sent to Azkaban for this, quickly denied it. "What? No! I would never do such a thing," he said, through a very fake grin.

Dumbledore entered his mind to see the memory of Sarah cowering after being hit by the Cruciatus Curse and Cho managing to block it with her powerful shield.

Sarah then decided to knock on the door of dumbledore. She needed to talk to him about some classes. She wanted to drop some.

"Yes, you are! I'm being blamed for something I didnt do! Oh, my father will be furious about this," Draco shouted, denying using the curse. He didnt know that Dumbledore had entered his mind and seen the memory himself. "I cannot be punished!"

Dumbledore said quietly but strictly,"Please sit down Mr. Malfoy." Snape and McGonagall arrived into his office. "I need to talk to you in private." They huddled in a corner whispering in low tones.

Cho smiled at Sarah and turned to glare at Draco.

Cho asked softly,"Sarah are you okay?" Then she said loudly to Proffesor Dumbledore,"Proffesor Dumbledore....I don't know what is happening to Sarah....maybe she should go to the nurse."

Dumbledore stared at Sarah's frightened look and said,"Yes maybe we should." Then a house elf appeared and went up to Sarah holding his hand out.
