Ginny's cheeks were pink from embarassment, not anger. She walked, softly and quietly up the trail to the school. She walked past Draco, her cheeks still flushed, her hair covering her neck, which was also red.

She was embarassed at being caught off guard, playing in the water. She sighed, shaking her head, which still hurt. She had to try and get some sleep soon.

Cho quickly left to her room pretending she was seeing nothing. She was abit in shock that Ginny was actually playing in the water.

Ginny sat down at the bottom of the steps leading from the Great Hall. She put her head into her hands, rubbing her temples. God, this hurt like hell. She'd dealt with this pain, and more before, but that didn't mean she was immune to it.

Draco came upon Ginny sitting on the stairs. "Have fun in water? Sure looked like it. Wee!! Haha" he smirked, making funny of Ginny. He then began to walk away and continue on his way to the Slytherin Common Room.

Ginny ignored Draco compleatly, it seemed as though she hadn't even heard him. She hadn't, actually. The roaring in her head had blocked him out.

Seeing as Ginny made no response at all, Draco turned back around. "Uh..didn't you hear me? I said 'Have fun in the water? Sure looked like it. Wee!!' I was making fun of you! Hello?!?" he shouted, hoping she would reply or something this time..

Ginny didn't even look up. The roaring was blocking even her own thoghts. She couldn't have heard him if he stod beside her screaming till his face turned blue.

The large, 6'1" tall guy in Ravenclaw Robes moved towards Malfoy and Ginny as the White haired slytherin boy started yelling at the smaller girl. A rescent transfer from Durmstrang, Devon is suprisingly old and large for someone only in his fifth year, now at hogwarts. His raven black hair and light blue eyes carried a power behind them that was hard to ignore. He moved in stride and kept an eye out around the other two, as being at hogwarts for any period of time told him that this little ferret of a slytherin rarely traveled without, what they called in america....enforcers.....Boil and trouble or something like that.

"Is there a problem here?" He exclaimed as he stepped up nearer to Ginny, and looked somewhat downwards on Draco, using his size to intimidate Draco instead of being intimidated by him and his henchmen. His hand back in his robe already wrapped around the form of his wand, just incase.
