Malfoy, still facing Ginny, began to reply," Look, Its really not any of your.." His voice trailed off, as he turned to face Devon. "I mean...uh..no! No problem here!" Draco said, changing his mind of his choice of words. He slowly began to back away from Devon now..

"Thats very good, It looks like the young lady isn't too keen on talking to you, and you know my aunt....probably wouldnt like to know your harassing members of her house....Oh yeah you don't know me....My names Devon....Devon McGonagall....I'll let you work out who my aunt is on your own....Now scram before i get mad." He exclaimed fire in his eyes as he steps forward towards Draco in a very intimidating fashion.

Ginny caught his last words and jumped up, forcing the roaring her her mind to stop. She blinked, puzzled at the two boys.
"Uh...Devon, right? Um, I'm not a student here..." she pointed out, slowly. She flushed, wondering why he'd think that. She wasn't wearing school robes, but then, she wasn't wearing teachers robes. Just a tank top and skirt, so she shouldn't have been so surprised.
But then, she hadn't even noticed Draco yelling.

She looked at Devon with even more puzzlement in her eyes.

Cho walked upon to where Devon, Draco and Ginny were standing.

Cho smiled as she said,"Hey Devon and Ginny!"

Looks back at Ginny "Oooops....guess i put my foot in my mouth on that one." Shrugs and gives one more really intimidating look at Draco and turns around to see Cho come up on them. "Hello Cho"

Ginny smiled, however.
"It's okay, really. I guess it's an honest mistake. I would still be in school if I hadn't dropped out when I was 15." She looked to Cho now, "Hi Cho. Staying out of trouble?"

"thats cool and all. Considered it myself, but i figured id finish out at least my OWLs."

[Ginny Weasly]

"Well, I never thought about my OWLs, actually. I dropped out because of Dumbledore's death and all." She shrugged, slightly, "But I did finish them. I don't remember my grades, but I'm sure they were okay."

She looked at this new boy for several moment, then nodded, "You said your aunt is Minerva McGonagall?"

Well i didnt exactly say it....I implied it but yeah shes my aunt.

"Oh yes. Dumbledore's death! What a tragedy! It was so terrible,"Draco smirked, sarcastically.

"If I were you Malfoy.....Id be really ugly and dumb.......but thats besides the point......Id watch my mouth." He sneered at the slytherin student. "Theres those of us who are still supporters of him.....And do you know for sure he's dead....After all everyone thought Voldemorte was dead....but he's not is he?" He snarled the name voldemorte without fear, much like his mother.

Ginny ignored Draco.

"Well, same thing." Ginny said, with a wave of her hand, "I know her very well. She was once my head of house, and now she's somewhat like my boss." Ginny smirked, since she never listened to anyone in charge, but they'd never fire her. She didn't worry about that.

Well let my aunt know, im kicking around now, here at hogwarts. She might like to send an owl, ol' Isis has a hard time trying to get to her lately for some reason.

"Isis?" Ginny's ears perked up, and she remembered a girl she went to school with a long time ago. She smiled, then looked to Devon.

"I'm guessing Isis is you mail carrier...an owl...no." She looked at him, not dipping into his mind because she liked guessing, "You don't seem the type to own an owl...some other kind of bird, merehaps?"

Smiles an holds out a dragon scale hide gloved hand and whistles....after a moment a Peregrine Falcon flutters through the air and lands on his outstretched hand. He then feeds it a chunk of pork.
