the shreiking shack

The womping willow was only a few feet in front of her. At the present it stood completely still but she knew, as many others knew, that once she stepped forward(so that she was under the branches) that the tree wouldn't rest until she left. But she knew something that not many did.

She pulled out an arrow and shot it at a large knot in the trees center. when it struck the tree she walked forward. Nothing moved around her, the arrow had stopped the tree from moving. When she reached the hollow that lead to the shreiking shack she muttered *accio arrow* and the arrow flew to her hand.

She walked through the passage way that lead to the shreiking shack. when she emered from the tunnel she pulled out her wand. *I wouldn't do that if I were you snape*

snape turned and glared at the new arrival *well, well, well, if it isn't the little willows girl! and what is a first year going to do to stop me?* * i happen to know more than you think! i've spent countless nights in the library reading up on my spells, so....EXPELLIARMUS!* the wand flew to her hand. *would you like to kiss it goodbye!!* said jessie mockingly *Movilious!* the wand dissaparated by its self, mostlikely to a place where snape could not find it.

Then she turned to the tearful prisoner, *sorry about that mira! I should have known he would come after you!* she uttered a spell that set the crying girl free. (if you didn't know mira was her sister)Snape just stood there the entire time admiring her handiwork *are youquite finished??* growled snape. * no not quite!she muttered the binding spell, but before she apparated him to dumbledores office Snape broke free of his confinement, and wordlessly took jessie's wand.

oh lmao my bad it's a fan fiction, srry it was the first one i read and i didn't know what to expect. It was a perfect rp opening lol. By the way it's good but i think you overpowered yourself a lil bit. I mean a first year disarms snape then body binds him lol. Anyways keep it up!

(k, but as u guys know im gone most of the day so ill have to work extra hard....and plus im goin for 1000 so thats like....SUPER TOUGH!!!!)

jessie gasped but before he could cast a spell she grabbed her sisters hand and together they hurtled through the hole in the floor, ran down the corridor that lead out of the womping willow. Jessie grabbed an arrow and jabbed it into the knot of the tree (the one that keeps the branches from moving) and they climbed up into the depths of the tree.

first jessie checked to make sure mira was ok *mira im so sorry, you see the same thing happened to me just recently and well....my friends saved me and so i never thought he would go for you!!and i....* she stopped because she heard snape storming through the passageway. she covered her mouth making her sister do the same. as he came out of the tree jessie watched him glance around, and then scream in fury at the thought of losing them again.

As snape walked off jessie felt something in the tree, almost like a loving touch, but she couldn't be sure. *jessie, did you feel that?? That thing in the tree??* asked mira in a whisper. *Yeah, you felt it to?*asked Jessie in the same tone as her sister. When Mira nodded, jessie made up her mind that they would have to talk to Ginny, she was good at telling people what sort of thing was happening and how to respond to it.

Jessie and Mira found Ginny the next day, working in a classroom. She was poring over some papers, with huge piles of paper on either side of her desk. *Ginny can we talk to you for a minute?* asked Jessie walking towards the desk. Ginny looked up and rubbed her forehead *Sure Jessie, what is it?* asked Ginny putting down her pen. *Well, my sister and I always feel connections with willow trees... and I've never known why! Do you think you can explain it?* *Of course, lets go outside first though.* They walked outside and Ginny led the two girls to the Womping Willow.

*Ok first, I want you two girls to get into the tree the way you did last night.* Said Ginny stopping a couple of feet away from the tree. Jessie made her bow and arrows appear and then shot an arrow at the knot in the tree. Then Jessie and Mira ran forward and climbed into the tree. *now tell me what you feel.*said Ginny still standing on the ground. *It's like a loving touch almost* Said Mira. *ok you girls can get down now.*said Ginny reteiving Jessie's arrow by magic. *Wait Ginny how will we get out, the tree will go after us!!* asked Mira shakily. *Trust me, just get out of the tree.*

(ok here I go) Jessie glanced at her sister and then climbed out of the tree. She then turned and helped her younger sister down. They started to walk away from the tree when Jessie turned and looked at it. It hadn't moved. Not one twig had moved. Jessie looked over at Ginny, then the tree. Then she said *does it do this often?**No it's only doing this because you are a Willow. By blood. The tree for whatever reason feels your presence and your relationship to it. So it will not hurt you, no matter what.* said Ginny leading them back into the castle. *That's why your wand is of willow wood, and your broom, and that trunk that you brought here on you first day of school. That is all because of your relationship with those kinds of trees. Don't ask why, you just have a relationship with them, whether you like it or not.*

That night Jessie sat in her bed thinking about what Ginny had said. She twirled her wand in her hands, trying to determine a reason for why there was this... relationship as Ginny called it. She wandered out to the willow tree, not really paying attention to where she was going. She climbed up into its depths and fell asleep. She slept deep, so very deep, that nothing awoke her. Not even the sound of an arrow being stuck into the tree in order to stop it from moving. Not even someone elses hands taking her form the tree, and not even the body bind curse being fired, with extra force, at her sleeping figure.
