An old, feeble looking woman, whome had her head bowed down so not to let anyone see her face, stood in front of a crowd of people in the Great Hall at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She had long grayish white hair that fell just past her shoulders. The crowd, who had been talking and chatting away had suddenly gone silent. The old woman had raised her head. Her face was wrinkled with the many memories of her life etched upon them. Her eyes were a pale blue, the kind of blue that tells that the person is exhausted and ready to go to their true home. The woman coughed and lightly smiled among the crowd. "I..thank you for coming here..today." She said wearily. Her voice was slightly raspy. "We come here to...pay our respects to my Granddaughter, Jane Willoughby, who was killed protecting her beloved school." The old woman went into a coughing spasm but remained standing.

Well I was going to write next about how she died, but I didn't know how to put it. I'll try tomorrow.

dobby888

Ok, good, because if you didn't I'd have to finish it for you!! Oh, and if by tomorrow you haven't had any more luck, just tell me the basic idea, and maybe I could write it!!

The old woman sighed. "I don't know if any of you read the Daily Prophet, but ever since the incidents involving Harry Potter, it has told lies beyond lies." She took a sip of water from a Goblet that was given to her moments before the memorial. "I think it is only respectful...that Everyone, know how Jane died. For, she didn't die of a natural cause, as the paper states. She didn't die of a muggle disease or of the Avada Kavara Curse. But she did die giving her remaining energy to the final attack that defeated the Newest Dark Wizard , Demitrius Veraldi." She coughed again. "Jane lived with me all her life. I remember just after the first month of school, Jane sent me an owl saying how she met this boy named Demitrius. How they had everything in common and would be the best of friends. Though he was a Slytherin and Jane was a Gryffindor. They met in secret and hung outside, so nobody would disown them for being friends. During her sixth year, Jane sent me an owl telling me how Demitrius asked her to be his girlfriend. She said yes of course. They went out together infront of people from that day on." She took another sip of water. "But during the mid year, another owl came to me from Jane. She said Dimetrius had changed. He treated her rudely and left to go do things. He hurt other kids. She had broken up with him. They stopped speaking after that. She had found out that what Dimetrius was doing, was practicing the Dark Arts and following in Tom Riddle's Footsteps. She recieved an owl herself one night. It said how Dimetrius was going to kill everyone at school. He hated everyone so much. He would only spare the strong."
