I kinda forgot what it was about, it was a long time ago when i read it......

A girl and her crazy friend and how she lost her mother in a bus accident and then her grandmother died and then kisses this one guy.. and the best friends mother runs off for a long time and the best friend and her find the best friends mother kissing on some younger guy that ends up being the best friends older brother that her mother had before she married that best friends father..

I suck at names
The best friends name was Pheobe winterbottom
The boy who the main charry kisses is named Ben
the main charrys name - Sal for short.. I can't spell it out
