I'm not sure if this was a typo or not, but make sure to keep your posts in third-person.  It's easier to read and everyone else that posts won't get so easily confused.

Yes, I was going to point that out, but I forgot.

And just so you know, you can have more than one characters, but we-- well, I-- strongly suggest not making another one until you have developed your first one. Stacey was the very first character I made, and I still use her more than any of my other ones, and I have... about twelve, I think. I`ve even made Staceys on other sites.

For example, Stacey. When I first made her, she was super smart and powerful. She still is, but now she also hears voices in her head, can barely control her powers, has numerous people trying to kill her, and can`t deal with stress at all. She`s falling apart now, but her awesomness evens it out.

And don't make your character like superpowerfull when you make it. It's annoying when newbies act all better than us oldies, we have much more experience, which we'd like to share with you guys. But, starting to fight, go against most of our advises and just being plainly stupid doesn't really help around here :)

I may sound very strict now -- I do, -- but you get too see a lot of things on this site. Some people are really annoying, and things that you'd never thought would happen, does happen.

Yes. We will sound strict, but we need to be. We can be really nice, if you`re nice to us. Note our friendly banter. Albus is just mad at me because my character isn`t a smurf.

I suggest making your character a little messed up. if they`re messed up from the beginning, there`s a smaller chance that you`ll have a problem with being perfect. And you asked about being an Animagus. You can be, but remember some basic rules.

1.) Changing takes a lot of energy, and you can`t change back and forth a lot without getting exhausted.
2.) While in Animagus form, you cannot talk or do magic.
3.) The animals that your character changes into has to represent your character. For example, if Bob is really brave and strong, his Animagus form may be a lion. A person can change their form, but it`s hard.
4.) If you are in animal form, you are an animal. You don`t have human traits except for being able to think like a human. Other than that, you move, breathe, and act like an animal.

I think she`d be a bird.

She seems like the kind of girl who keeps things inside of her, not very open, and doesn`t often tell people her real opinion. She seems like she wants to be free to be who she wants to be. As a bird, she could do that. Maybe a sparrow or raven.

You can if you want. you can do it through PM or just write a note at the beginning or end of your post. And just as a note, when you want to write something that is NOT part of your thread, do this:

((Hey, did you read this book?))

Just put double ( ) around your words so we know that it`s not part of what your character is doing. Please don`t go:

Bob said hi(isn`t bob a funny name?) when Jane came outside.

Just don`t. It bugs the heck outa me, and I`ll just ignore you. That`s no fun, so don`t do it. If you haven`t already, read the topics Albus and I linked to in our previous posts.
