Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Harry's summer ends and yet another school year begins. How Draco Malfoy becomes a more poisonous rival than ever. Harry encounters yet another blast from the past, though this time not knowing who it is. As another secret from Harry's mysterious past is revealed, Harry finds that he has a long lost family member!

Chapter   1
``Come, my followers, come to me. Your lives hang on my every word, so do as I say.My body has returned, but I am weak still. Pettigrew is a stupid man, not worth using.Malfoy, you are one of my most devoted followers, tell me, where does your loyalty stand?`` said Lord Voldemort. ``Only for you my Lordship,``said a familiar drawling voice. Pettigrew lay on the ground wheezing and kissing his masters robes.``Am I not still your most devoted servant?!``panicked Pettigrew,
``I do try my Lord. `` ``You let Potter escape from beneath your fingers once again Pettigrew, you are much too unworthy to have wandering around the hem of my robes begging forgiveness. ``
``My Lord, I brought Bertha to you! I did that! `` said Pettigrew, now sounding quite alarmed. ``CRUCIO``yelled Voldemort.Pettigrews screams filled the air, and a thousand miles away, a boy named Harry Potter woke with a start.
Harry bolted up right, his scar burning. ``Not again! This happened last year! Well, except the old man died. `` Harry said to himself. The streaks of light showed that time was
about Dawn. He got dressed,didn`t worry about his stubborn hair, and looked around for parchment. Yes, there was a little left.

Harry picked up his quill,
Dear Sirius,
Guess what happened again, yep, you guessed it, I had a dream about Voldemort again. This time though he had his body back. He was talking to his Death Eaters.  What do I do?

As soon as Hedwig was out the window, Vernon Dursley grabbed Harry around the collar and took him down to the cupboard under the stairs. ``I told you to never write to your FREEKY little friends! Now you`ll pay! I`ll forge those notes to your Godfather,I will.`` He laughed a laugh of a mad man.``I tried last year, I did, but this year is different. You aren`t escaping this time.`` ``I-`` said Harry, but Vernon cut him off, ``NO EXCUCES, COMPLAINTS, OR FUNNY BUSINESS!!!!!!`` Harry grimaced as Vernon slammed the cupboard door.

Chapter    2
A day or two later, a family of three (a mom, a dad, and a girl) came to the Dursleys house for a meeting about drills. Harry thought he recognized the girl as Hermione,   ``But, `` he said to himself, `` it can` t be`` But when the girl turned around, he immediately recognized her. Yep, it was Hermione all right, but this year she was, he happened to notice, prettier.  ``Hermione! Hermione! , `` he whispered, `` help! I` m in the cupboard under the stairs! `` Hermione immediately unlocked it and Harry bundled out.
Harry bolted towards his room and Hermione started to follow, but was stopped short
``What are you doing? ``Uncle Vernon's voice growled. ``Just going to the bathroom. `` said Hermione in a small voice. Uncle Vernon went back to entertaining his other guests. ``That was close, `` Hermione said when she got in the room. ``Tell me Harry, why were you in the cubard in the first place? ``    Harry said quietly, `` `Cause Vernon caught me writing to Sirius. `` A long silence followed. ``Harry! `` Harry, surprised by Hermione` s remark, jumped. ``What? ``  ``I `ll go get my mom. Wait here.`` Harry, still totally confused, sat on his bed feeling very hungry.
Hermione came back a couple minutes later with her mom. ``Harry dear, ``
her mom said, ``we` re going to take you to our house for the end of the summer vacation, without the Dursleys knowing. Climb out the window with your stuff and into the car, ok? ``    Harry said, ``Ok. ``  

About  30 min. later, Harry and the Grangers were on their way to the Grangers  house.
When they arrived, Harry was exhausted. ``Mum, let` s get something to munch on, Harry looks dead on his feet. `` ``Oh, I suppose so. ``  They each ate some fish-sticks, then Mrs. Granger told Harry to go to bed and that they would go to Diagon Ally in the morning.

Harry was walking along Diagon Ally when he bumped into Seamus, a fellow Griffindor of Harry's. ``Sorry. `` Harry then sat in front of MERLINS ICECREAM and had a cone. ``Harry! Harry! Over here Harry! `` said a familiar voice. Harry looked up from his Ice-cream. ``Ron, HI!!!``  Ron and Harry talked a little, then the Weasleys left toward the HOGWARTS EXPRESS. Harry figured they should leave too. After 15min. of finding people, loading up, and driving, Harry was aboard the HOGWARTS EXPRESS.             `` Harry, you`ll never guess what happened a minute ago,`` Ron said to Harry and Hermione after he pulled them to a empty compartment. They talked and talked, then Hermione said,``Harry look! ``

Chapter    3
Malfoy, a complete idiot in Harry's opinion, had stepped in their compartment. Harry was immediately full of life. ``Out now! `` he said threateningly. ``Why would I want to stay with a Potty, Weasel, and a Mudblood? Especially since they were friends with the dead Mudblood Diggory! Ha, what losers. `` Draco said in his most drawling voice. ``EXPELLIARMUS!!!!!!!! ``Harry yelled , sending Malfoy into the compartment door. ``Harry! `` said Hermione sounding alarmed. Harry was shaking with anger. He hadn`t been this close to Malfoy since last year when Malfoy insulted Diggorys` name at the leaving feast and on the Hogwarts Express afterward. (Diggory was killed by Lord Voldemort last year in the Triwizard Tournament) He strode over to Malfoy poking his wand into his chest, ``Get out now Malfoy, `` he said, ``or, ``he added, `` I`ll make you.`` Malfoy smirked, `` I guess you`ll have to make me, Potter, because I'm not going anywhere until we duel, with no limits.``
Harry stood back at this, letting Malfoy get up. ( A lot of people had started to gather by now) Hermione let out a whimper of stress. She didn't like this one bit.

Harry and Malfoy raised their wands in the battling position. Neither one of them moved when they were supposed to bow. They turned away from each other and counted five steps. They turned toward each other, each muttering, ``One...Two...Three...`` There was a flash of light and Harry and Malfoy were surrounded by colours. The spells they used were so powerful, that they took a few seconds to hit their victims. No body heard what spells they cast. When the light faded Malfoy was on the ground, apparently unconscious, and Harry was leaning on the wall for support. As Harry looked at every bodies confused faces, while his vision became blurry, and while Hermione rushed toward him, he closed his eyes and slid down the wall to the floor. He knew no more.

The next morning Harry awoke to Madam Pomfrey fussing over him. She told him that Malfoy had been knocked out earlier, but Harry was hurt more than he was. She told him that she cured five arm bones, and that he might be in pain for the next couple of days. She was right. Harry suspected he must have been blasted into the wall because Madam Pomfrey said he had a mild concussion. To take his mind off the pain, Harry thought of the Hogsmeade visit coming up. On the way to the Great Hall, Harry ran into Hermione and Ron. Harry told them what Madam Pomfrey said and they told him that Malfoy was definitely way better off. Just then Professor McGonagall stopped them in the hall way. ``Harry Potter! ``she shrieked, `` what were you thinking, dueling with Malfoy? You could have been killed! `` She went on and on... ``anyhow, you will not be punished. `` Harry looked at her in disbelief, ``your friends, Mrs. Granger and Mr.Weasley, have just been to see Professor Dumbledore and me and they told us what Malfoy said. I was informed to tell you that he is in trouble beyond reason. You showed Diggory great loyalty back there. `` She left them in silence.
As Harry entered the great hall people greeted him with handshakes and hugs. Harry had gained respect and honor from the Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, and Gryffindors for sticking up for Cedrics Name.

Chapter       4
                     The next few months went by quite quickly. Harry didn't remember much of it, except the fact he got 7 O.W.L. `s , and the fact he got no detentions. Things started to perk up even more when Quidditch season started in mid-November. Harry, who became Capitan of the Quidditch team after Wood left, made a plan of how they could make practices easier to do. They will train earlier, and longer than before. (Ron became Keeper...)
Only this year Harry was planning to not fall off his FIREBOLT.

``Welcome to the first Quidditch game of the season. On the Griffindor team, Potter, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Spinnit, Johnson, aaaannnnd Bell!!! As Captain Marcus Flint led his obnoxious team onto the field, Harry's team lined up. Madam Hooch kicked the box full of the Quidditch balls and threw the Quaffle up n the air. The game began. Angelina scored, ten to zero. Harry swept along the pitch looking for a glint of gold. Then Harry saw it, it was by Ron. Harry dove. ``OUCH!!`` Malfoy had gone in front of Harry as soon as he had dove after the Snitch and Harry ran straight into him. Harry flew in the air only catching his broom by a few short fingers.  Harry swung back and forth and just managed to get back on his broom. He swerved to the left to avoid a bludger, missing it narrowly. Harry looked back to see Malfoy following him. `` Alright then, ``he hissed. (In his thoughts he remembered the Wronski Fient that Victor Crum did at the World Cup.) (He was going to try and attempt that move.) Harry dove fast and when he was about to hit the ground, he went up. Malfoy on the other hand, went tumbling into the ground. He didn`t get up. Harry saw he snitch again, by Marcus Flint, and Harry raced toward him. ...The Slytherin Beater, thinking Harry was going after Flint, hit a bludger Harry's way.......
``Yes! ``Harry yelled, `` I got the Snitch! `` The stadium erupted with applause. Harry started to fly toward the ground, then out of no where a bludger came pelting his way. Harry didn`t have enough time to get out of the way. There was a sickening crack and Harry was thrown off his broom and on the ground in a heap.      

``That Slytherin beaters gunna get in a whole lot o` trouble. Surprised me`sel` he only broke `e few bones. It's a mir`cle he wasn` killed. Man he fell from a heigh` of wha`, fifty fee`? `` Constant whispers surrounded Harry as he awoke on the hard dirt. Harry opened his eyes, and seeing everyone, stood up. He felt a seering pain in his left arm, but chose to ignore it. He looked around for Ron and Hermione. They weren`t there. Immediately all the whispers stopped. Dumbledore came toward Harry, followed by Ron and Hermione. Harry suspected that they had been telling Dumbledore what had happened. Harry, with one hand on his broken arm, staggered toward them. Dumbledore told Harry that the Slytherin Beater received 5 detentions and a letter home. Harry could almost swear he saw a glint of humor in his eyes.  He also told Harry to go to the Hospital Wing to have his arm repaired.
