The funny thing is, if it weren't for catholic school I would know nothing about Harry Potter, but then when I went to public school, they were the ones against it.  That is so messed up  ::)

*shrugs* my school doesn't care about it, not that I know of anyway.  I do know a few parents that won't allow their children to read it which I think is totally absurd, but everybody has their own opinion...

It's actually kind of strange, isn't it? Some people are so (trying to think up the right word) restrictive, (yay!) when it comes to what their children read. My Mom couldn't care less, cause she trusts me to choose my own books and decide wheather it's ok enough to read.
