Lavender ran a paw over her nose once more, and bounded up from Lavy's hands to her shoulder, leaping to Goblet's shoulder. Claws in, of course. She tipped her head a bit and sort-of-grinned at him, nearly sideways, then pouncing to stand upon his head. He was the taller of the group, anyway, and she could see all around them from up there.
A bit ahead of herself, the 'black fuzz' reared to her hind legs, to take a good look around, though she lost her already horrible balance, and slid off Keith's head, with a sharp mew, fall into toward the hard floor, eyes wide, ears back, tail ticked safely between her legs. To hell with the sprawled-out kitty comics. Becoming a furrball would probably be to benefit.

[Ginny Weasly]

Ginny had walked over to the man who had kicked Lavender and confronted him. After a moment of threating him in a low voice he slowly went towards Lavender, obviously being made to apologize.

Lavender landed with a muffled thud, directly o her bottom, and yelped loudly in protest to the pain riding up her backside. She growled and shook it off, green eyes upon the approaching male - green eyes upon the approaching male's boots.

Ginny went ahead of the man and picked up Lavender. In a direct, no nosense voice, she directed the man to apologize to Lavender.

Lavender, held by Ginny's hands under each front arm, let her backside become limg, though her tail curled about her tiny feet, her minute nose sniffing just slightly, at his ash-tray scent. Her ears pinned back in a frightened way, her many shaded green eyes glittereing suspiciously, she took up the look of utter cute, timid, kitty-ness..

The man gave a sheepish look to the rest, and in a rough voice said, "I apologize, kitty, for kicking you."

Ginny smirked at him.

The kitten squirmed and dropped from Ginny's grip, and in a short flash of deep green, almost black light, the slim human figure of a pale beauty emerged. Lavender stood where the kitten had just before, wobbling a bit on her feet, and finally sinking down to rest on her knees. Not her backside, for it hurt enough, thank you. It was amazing of how much trouble and hurt a simple kitten could get into.

"Thanks, buddy. just next time, watch out for the little kitties beneath your feet. That hurts you know.."

Lavender swiped a napkin from a neighboring diner table and dabbed at the few escaping dribbles of blood from the scratch her cheek, where she had been swiped with his boot.

The man's shooked look sent Ginny into convolsive giggles that had her doubled over.

Lavy looked at Lavender. "Well that was a intresting time. Well, I rest my case, Lavender, your just plain weird."

Ginny laughed even harder at what Lavy said and fell down.

Lavy started laughting to, but tryed to keep a staright face so that Lavender could respond.

Now laughing hystericaly, Ginny was gaining many strange looks.

Lavender scowled and tossed her bloodied napkin at Lavy's face, a sort-of grin forming.
The male with the big feet and ash-tray smell shrugged his shoulders, stupefied, and left to wherever it was he was going. Lavender, then, began a quiet set of giggles..

Ginny suddenly stood up, her grin still there. Swiftly, she used her wand to make the nloddied rag dissapear and reappear in the man's pocket. Once again, she fell into a fit of giggles. She didn't do this with anyone, and Lavender was one of the few she'd really laugh with.

"I rest my second case." Lavy said looking at the man as he put his hand in his pocket. "You are even, weirder Ginny, if that's possablie."
