 Why kill Harry's only family.  The kid already has enough issue why add to them.

Sirius is living in Godric Hollow but only as a ghost.

Which one do you agree with?  Let me know.

Personally, I know beleive Sirius is dead, as well as Dumbledor. Dead as a doornail!

Sirius is dead, Dumbledor is dead, and just so no one asks me again Cedric is dead too.

Sirius living as a ghost wouldn't make much sense to me because Nearly Headless Nick told Harry that only People who are afraid of death and want to cling to live become ghosts. At least thats what I remember. And you can say much about Sirius, but not that he was afraid to die.

I agree. Nick also told Harry specifically that Sirius wasn't going to do that, so Rowling wouldn't contradict something like that in book 7.
