"I accept your apology, but what, may I ask, do you mean by 'it wasn't even supposed to go this far at all'?"

Lavy sighed. "We, as in the Minisrty and I, made an agreement long ago before I met you."

[Neo]

"I'm listening" he said, still in a cold voice. "Explain everything Lavy, this is the moment of truth to see just how much you truely meant your apology and how much you do want to be on my side in this war."

"Ok well it all started years ago when I was about seven.... my dad, before he died, worked for the Ministry. He loved the Ministry, belived in everything they did. Well he was a very popular man, with some of the hardest and most dangerous work. Everytime he would come back from a mission, everyone at the Ministry praised him. They loved him just as much as he loved them. He was always on time, whenever he was suppose to be somwhere or do somthing. Never missed a deadline before, so you can imagian the Ministry's supirse when he didn't show up from a routian mission. A few weeks later he showed up. He wasn't it tip top shape, to say the least. Broken bones, scars, deep gashs everywhere. He colasped, trying to tell them what had happened. They got him striaght to the hospital. A day later the Ministers pregnat wife was kidnapped. When my father heard about this, he got ut of his bed and went right to the Ministry. We both know the Ministry isn't going to let a half dead man go out and try to find somone. However somehow he found out all the leads taht the Ministry had uncovered. So, being who he was, he went out and a few day later came back,empty-handed. The Ministry couldn't really be mad at him. He was suffering from loss of blood. But my father wasn't going to give up. Not two days later he went back out, and this time he came back with the Minister's wife. The Minister was so happy, he told my father that he would do anything for him."

"And what did he ask the Minister for?"

"Nothing belive it or not. But the Minister wouldn't stand for that. After weeks of the Minister bringing up the subject my father did ask for something. He asked, that if he should ever die, that the Minister, himself take care of my mother and I. The Minister agreed to the terms on one condition. That I would have to come and work for the Ministry from the day I turned eleven to the day I turned sixteen. My father agreed, without me knowing about it. I also agreed, until a year and a half ago, which is another story for another day. But because of what I am, or what has been done to me would be a better way to say it, I am in fact under a binding agreement, and there's nothing I can do about it."

"Lavy, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. This 'promise' will end before your two remaining years are up. Either you will abandon it willingly, or it will be forced upon you when no one from the Ministry is left, but either way, it shall end, and how it shall end is your choice."

"I honestly don't have a choice Neo. I have to stay with the Ministry."

[Neo]

"Bull. If you can force anyone and anything to do as you wish, you can force the Ministry to do it too."

[LavyBrown]

"I can't." Lavy said sadly

"I don't buy it. Now, are we going to go speak to the troops and build our new palace, or what?"

"Fine....let's go."

"Please, by all means, don't make me force you", Neo replied, rolling his eyes and dissapperated to the crater where his soldiers had ammassed.
