That's one way to look at it, but just think about this.  These people know how to get an e-mail address and join, and all of the boards are clearly marked on where everything should go.  You would really think they would understand how a simple little forum works.  And I can see why people are getting fed up.  90% of the newbies make a new thread, post it in the wrong board and then usually don't come back.

There's a difference between n00bs and Newbies(newbs)...
This guy's a n00b; people who don't follow the rules, talk in internet language (you know the kind you use on messenger or chatting), and tend to be ....annoying :-\

Newbs are new members who are willing to learn the rules and at least try to get topics in the right place and talk proper ENGLISH..

It dosn't have to be all proper, but it's mostly the fact that when a person is only expressing what they think in words, it has to be understandable.
