[Ginny Weasly]

"No." She said, standing. She scowled and walked out, closing the door tightly, but not before telling Conan not to think that about Xaver.

Conan slumped in his seat.

[Xaver]

-Erruh. Sam, can we wrap this up? I think neither sides of the trial want anything else for today.-

Xaver waited for the old man's nod, then, after a more than directly sharp look to Conan, he turned, his long legs carrying him quickly to the doors Ginny had disappeared out of. Instead of waiting to open them, however, his form dissolved into shadow, and he reappeared on the other side, his expression cool, but softening. He paused, watching her her.

She leaned against the wall, her head back and her eyes closed. She didn't notice his presence at all.

[Xaver]

Slowly, so he wouldn't startle her, Xaver moved toward Ginny, watching her closely. He stopped next to her, reaching out with his hand, and tucking a fallen strand of her hair behind her ear. He formed a small smile down at her, gently, though he didn't really know what to say.
"Hey," he said quietly, his voice low and husky.
He searched her eyes, worried.

She opened her eyes, startled, though some reflex had her stay where she was. She blinked.
"Hi." She murmered.

[Xaver]

Xaver smiled slightly, dropped his hand down her arm, and grasped her hand, squeezing it reassuringly.
"Are you alright?" he questioned softly, his eyes watching hers with a more than concerned expression.

[Ginny Weasly]

She made a half laugh.
"Of course not. But I will be."

[Xaver]

Xaver nodded.
"Understandably," he whispered softly.

She rubbed her forehead and sighed.
"How can I not get along with him? We used to get along so well, now we can't agree on anything."
