I think it does, because how can a caterpiller kill a giraffe when giraffes live in Africa and caterpillers may not?

Take it from someone who takes Environmental Science and just studied it, catepillers in Africa eat Kesya leaves, and the only small animals which hurt giraffes are the ants which live in the trees as their protectors, as they scramble into the mouth of the giraffe and bite its toungue until it leaves. Ants hurt them, but dont kill them. Caterpillers don't do jack.
