Sarah walks in and see Draco but goes and sits in the very back. Maybe if she did Draco would not give her crap abou being muggleborn.

Draco,who is still sitting alone at the front, glances back at Sarah and Cho and sneers "ugh. mudblood and..and mudblood appreciater. sick" Draco makes sure to say this loud enough for them to hear.
