Midnight in Gryffindor tower

"Mr. Malfoy, did you or did you not touch Mr. Thomas."

Cho brought him over and hushed him. "Draco did something bad....don't bother Proffesor Dumbledore, he's questioning Draco."

"Eh..didn't. I didnt lay a hand on Dean," Draco replied, shakily, hoping that there was no actual proof that he had harmed Dean in any way.

Is suddenly left all alone in the Gryffindore tower. He takes a seat and starts drinking some of the juice that is there.

"Dean, I'm going to go now, okay?" She quickly left almost forgetting about Devon and went out to search for him. She found him in the Gryffindor Tower all alone. "Hey handsome."

smiles at cho. "Hey gorgeous. Everything ok?"

"Yeah it's just people keep blaming me that I got Draco in trouble......and...." She looked sad and just couldn't continue what she was saying.

Frowns and stands up walking over to her grabbing her up in a huge hug

Cho hugged him back and tears started falling out.

"Whats wrong sweetie?" he asked moving back a bit and looking down at her.

"Nothing...it's just I'm blamed for something I didn't do....Sarah is even mad at me.....what am I supposed to do!" She suddenly just blurted out.

"its high schoolish.......itll blow over dont worry." He smiled to her.
