Draco stepped closer, wand pointed at Cho and Devon. "Never insult my family," he mumbled angrily.

"Speak up....."

"Why shouldnt i insult a bunch of traitorous back stabbing inbreed fools?" He asked, he already had a non-verbal counter spell ready for draco if he tried anything.

"How dare you?!?" Draco said angrily, pointing his wand directly at Devon now. "Expelliarmus," he shouted, hoping to send Devon flying backward.

Cho blocked it without thinking and flew backward into the wall.

Draco now stood there with a very smug look on his face.

Cho was no lying there unconscious after she had blocked the spell for Devon.

moves over to Cho to check on her, snarling at Draco. He pointed his wand back at him and whispered "Petrificous totalus". Sending the freezing spell directly into the middle of dracos chest.

Draco, who hadnt seen the spell coming, was immediately petrified, lying on the floor.

Walks over to his prone body and leaned over it, once the two of them were that close to each other, there was eerily a bit of a family resemblence. The truth lying in the fact the two of them were actually half brothers, Devons father the mysterious death eater and Lucious malfoy being one and the same person.
