Lilly walked down the hall. She could see Matt standing by his locker. I wish me liked me... It was the second day of school and she hoping to chage things this year. She had allways been really shy but this year she was going to be more outgoing. She looked at the clock. I better hurry so Im not late. She raced to band.

As as she got there she sat down by her friend, Molly. "Hey." She said. Molly replied saying something about math but she wasnt paying any attention. As soon as she saw Matt walk in she zoned out. Then he looked over at her and smiled. "LILLY? Hello?" Molly yelled. "Oh my gosh... do you still like him?" Lilly had liked him for two years now but never got brave enough to ask him out. Why would he want to go out with me? Hes perfect...

"I wonder why he moved all the sudden." Lilly said, depressed. Matt had moved about a month ago. No one knew where he went... or why. "Maybe his dad got moved in work." Molly said, sad for her friend. "Well I better get home... Im going to be an hour late as it is. You could call me later." Lacy nodded, knowing how Mollys mom was. "Bye." She said softly.

Lacy sat in the living room watching TV. She noticed and envolope on the coffee table. What could this be? I never get any mail. She ripped the evelope open and pulled out a short letter.

Dear Miss Lilly Peterson,
You have been formally invited to join Hogwarts school.

Suddenly she heard a knock on the door. She was afraid because she was home alone. She slowly open the door to reveal a huge man. "Hello Miss Peterson. Im Hagrid." He told her about the many wonder of Hogwarts. She thought she would be horribly afriad of this man but she was at ease. "So Im a... Witch?" She asked, confused.

Lilly could barely sleep that night. So I am going to go to... Hogwarts? Being shy she was afriad she wouldnt make friends. And what about Molly? Who will she hang out with? What will I tell her? Her mind was clouded with so many thoughts that she could not concentrate. She walked over to her computer and started sending Molly an email.

Dear Molly,
I hate to be this way but I am moving. I am very sorry but I cannot tell you why.
I will try to call you as often tomarrow. Tell everyone that I will miss them.

Lilly walked into the Great Hall. Wow. This place is amazing. "Miss Lilly Peterson. Come here." A voice boomed. She walked up to the front of the room. She sat down as the man pointed to a chair. He place a hat on her head. "Grifindor!" Lilly jumped. A talking hat?/i] She walked over to the table which appreared to be Grifindors. She stoped as she saw a familier face.
"Hey Lilly." Matt said.
