Mira sent a stream of water up into the air that grasped Jessie like a hand dragging her to where Mira was.

Jessie let herself get soaking wet, but she didn't come down. *What do you want!*

That's the last straw! Mira got out of the water and used a spell to float herself above the clouds. Mira grabbed Jessie's arm and pulled her underwater shoving a bubblehead on her face.
