*snuffles wagged his tail and started walking. they had been walking for about 20 minutes when they reached the gates outside of hogwarts. he led james in with no problem and he took him to the shreaking shack.*

*alexandra smiled at the baby.* aww shes so addorable.

"Ya you look cute with her too." Sarah smiled wondering where Siruis and James were.

"wow doggy what are we doing here." James looked at the dog not sure what was going on.

"So you going to run away with me."

*snuffles went to a pillow and laid down. he closed his eyes trying to get james to realize that he lived here.*

*alexandra smiled at her mom.* she's perfect.

"well it is a good thing. I mean we are perfect so if she was not that would throw us off." Sarah smiled.

James then looked at it. "thanks for showing me this."

He then layed down there next to it to sleep.  [color]

*alexandra laughed.*

*after making sure that james was asleep, snuffles turned into sirius and sent sarah a letter quickly. it said:

james is having some problems right now. i was snuffles when he asked me to run away with him. i have, dont worry we're in the hogwarts grounds so we're both safe. he needs to learn how great it is to have a family though. i love you and please be careful while im gone. i expect he should be sick of a runaway life by tomorrow. in the meantime, i love you all. sirius

he sent it with an owl that had been sleeping in the rafters above. then he turned back into snuffles.*

Sarah looked at that window at the owl.

She grab the note and read it. "that not good. Why he having all these problems."

James woke up an hour later.

"Doggie it is cold and I'm hungry." James looked at the dog shivering.

*snuffles sighed. this was the part he didn't want to have to deal with. he stood up and walked over to a drawer. he pulled out old vegetables and moldy bread. he brought them back over to james and snuffles began to eat. it wouldn't kill james but it wouldn't taste very good. then snuffles went to an open door and pulled out an old blanket that had holes in it and had a weird stench.*

*alexandra frowned.* he sorta feels left out from the family i think..

"Ya I think he did too. I did not mean for him to feel that bad though." Sarah then sort of started cry. "it is hard though."

"Thanks dog." James then started to eat it but it was not feeling.

"I think  want to go home and eat and get some food." James tried to get warm with the dog. James did not want to stay but he wanted normal food.

*alexandra, still holding the child, leaned against her mom.* dad knows what hes doing...

*snuffles barked at him. trying to tell him to not give up already.*

"Ya he is." Sarah said wrapping her arms around her daughter. "I just hope it works soon."

"but I'm still hungry and that other food was gross." James looked at the dog hoping that would take him home for food.

*snuffles couldnt give in that easy. he laid down on the pillow and wimpered. he had to get james to the point of crying before he could reveal who he was.*

"come on you dump dog. I want to go home." James then kicked it and went towards the door.

"Why won't you take me home." James was so close to tears.

*snuffles yelped in pain and he himself started crying. sirius was proud inside at how strong of a kick his son had!*

"Ya if I know your dad it will."

"Dog take me home.  I mean I hate you." JAmes then went over and started to hit is as he finally let the tears fall.
