I have this one friend and we where really really close like sisters and now She won't tell me why she is mad at me what should I do?

Or, if you go to a privite school where you have to, tell on them.
Nothing gets solved faster when a teacher is involved. Don't tell just one teacher though. Tell your teacher, their teacher and your principal.

To tell the teacher is the best and most fast working solution. I've done that and those people did not bother me in quite a while.
