He was just jealous.  Can you blame him?  He may be evil, but he won't ever be friends with the Malfoys.  There has been a huge feud between the Malfoys and the Weasly's since.. forever.. unless.. I read that in a fan fiction and am once again getting fiction mixed with.. the.. real.. fiction.. ???  Confusing meself..
