Harry and Ginny, yes. VERY, yes! ;D The posistions they are in, in the books add up perfectly to a good couple. :)

And no Cho. Harry's going to get over his crush. After all, it was a crush. :) We've all had, at least, one! if Harry and Cho were to get together, the memory  of Cedric would get in the way of them. It just wouldn't work. :|
