Top tip: Update it every so often so if you change something about yourselves in your rp's it will show up on your bio. Also later on when yo've been here a while you can go back and use things (like powers you might have forgotten you had or an intresting fact) in your rp's to make them better. ;)

I never said it was bad, just offering to give her tops in her growth as a writer. 

But first I must say I am blown away at your progress, that is where you can see if someone is really good at RPing, they can better themselves and grow with their characters.  You went from bare minimum for this area to way above it. 

First I must say, it is best to avoid names that can be asociated with a show or book.  You can normally get it past with a fandom site but even there it can get a TAD bit messy if too many people do it since you get really complex family trees.  I bet if someone did a tree of this place every female character from the books would have had like.....20 different guys and had over 30 children. 

Appearance could always be better.  The major thing is if you can picture your character in your mind.  If you can do that then your description of them will grow and grow as your writing abilities improve.  An odd place for it but I love the balance you put into your transformation.  You took something that normally everyone has but actually did something that makes it so she wouldn't always want to be in that form.  This is good since it makes RP more interesting and makes you see less marry sue. 

I am going to skip over personality right now and get back to it with history since they tie in a lot together. 

Odd likes and dislikes but that is what makes them human.  If you can at times tie these into your Rp it would be really cool. 

Powers...now this is where I can see how much you have grown.  Most of your powers are very balanced, most new students just go overboard and give them everything they can think of.  A tad bit much for 13 but still on the right track.  Only one main element and the ones right around it, good control here.  Your second one is very unique I love it but also leads to some issues with Power Playing and such.  I think one way to fix this next time you remake her is to add something like she can only take so much so as she grows, she can handle more.  This is true for most people since you can't absorb the full force of a person right away since you would probably fry your mind.  Think if Stacy met someone 100X her power level?  She would probably die right on the spot from absorbing all of it.  This also removes the power play factor since this is what it is like...

Stacy can absorb all of a person's powers AND have her own, so technically she can beat any other person correct?  Still, this is far less power playish then I have saw with other people. 

History and Personalty are the largest hurdles to jump over for an RP character.  These two things, if merged well, makes a great character, if merged not so well you get a so-so character.  Here is the two main things to think about after you get the ruff outline of your characters mood and background in your mind. 

What in my character's past could have caused them to act or feel this way in general?

Would this event in my character's past still effect them in the present?

With these two questions you link your current mental state with your past.  This is true in every day life and makes your character more real.  Think of it, if your character was raped by a dark wizard, would she have been likely to become one herself.  BUT, she might have still become one to be strong enough to defeat the one that harmed her.  See how these things can effect a person's mental state.  This girl would probably be very nervous around other men from her past trauma.  This takes a lot of time and skill, with some luck to pull off right.  It all depends on how well you see your character in your mind and normally takes time to build up. 

Again, you are still growing and I hope you become and even better RP'er then myself someday since I can see you got the base skills there.

I really apreciate that you took the time to read my bio and look at the improvements, it made me feel special. =] I really love this site and I am on it most of the time that I`m on the computer. I have always liked to write narritave papers in school, so this was a really fun way for me to combine two of my favorite things. I LOVE Harry Potter ((not you, but the books and movies, lol, sorry)) and I am so happy that I found this site.

uhm, no. Stacey isn`t related to Sirius or any other Black family member. When I made her up, I just thought of "Black." So she is not your neice. And anyway, if she was related to you, she`d be older.

Not that I know of. James POTTER is Harry`s dad, duh, and he is not blood related to Sirius, unless you made up your own family tree thing.
