Stacey looked at him, her eyes brown still. "I`m the one that fell asleep."

[Aiden]

"I told you too.  I didn't mean to fall asleep, I ment to stay awake.  Aiden said quietly.  He closed his eyes tightly.

Stacey stood up and put a hand on Aiden`s shoulder. "Don`t blame yourself."

[Aiden]

Aiden stood completely still.  A few memories flashed through his head and he sighed.  He kept his eyes closed.

Stacey hugged Aiden gently. "REally, I don`t blame you at all, don`t feel bad for my sake."

[Aiden]

Aiden put one of his arms around Stacey.  He didn't say anything for awhile.  He looked back up at the sky.  "Its alright.  I'll keep you safe"  Aiden whispered.

Stacey hugged him tighter and had tears in her eyes. "I know you will." She whispered back.

[Aiden]

Aiden didn't say anything else.  He breathed in.  He watched as a tear fell from Stacey's eye.  Aiden wiped it away.  "Don't cry"  He whispered.  He hugged her tighter as well.

"I`m crying beacause no one has ever cared for me as much as you do, and it makes me feel happy." She admitted.

[Aiden]

Aiden looked down at her.  He kissed her forhead and hugged her so that his cheek was against hers.  "I want you to be happy"  He said very quietly.

Stacey nodded. "I know. I want to make you happy."

[Aiden]

Aiden closed his eyes.  "Don't worry...I will"  he whispered back.

Stacey stood there, huuging him tightly, unaware that they were surrounded.

Aiden stood there, without moving.  He kept his eyes closed and took in a deep breath.  He had the same dead expression on his face.

The group of vampires that had escaped closer in around Aiden and Stacey, staying to the shadows. Stacey didn`t see them through her tears.
