New years eve.

[Hayden]

It was a cold day out, the sun coverd up by the clouds.  Hayden walked around his room, and then walked down staris.  It was New years eve.  Soon it would be the start of a new year.  So much had happend that year, he thought to himself.  He didn't want it to change, he loved the way it was.  Hayden sighed, he walked over to the window the Giffindor common room and then saw that not alot of people were out.  Barley any people out.  He ran back up to his room, and changed into a green shirt and jeans.  He put on his shoes quickly, and went back down stairs. 

He was soon getting ready to walk around the school, he had nothing better to do anyways.

Stacey turned on her heel when she heard someone enter. When she had come in the common room, it had been empty. "Hello." She said nicely. She flipped her light brown hair over her shoulder, her eyes bright green.

"Are you new? Haven`t seen you around." She pulled at the corner of her denim jacket. Her lime green tee shirt was mostly hidden under it.

[Hayden]

Hayden looked at the girl that was down there now.  "Ahh, no im not.  Just know one really noticed I was around."he said to her kindly.  He put on his Cheackered print hoodie, and then looked back at the girl.

"Im Hayen."he said to her, "Well really the name is Oliver Hayden Hazard-Perry, but you can call me whatever."he added.

Stacey smiled and nodded. "I`m Stacey." She greeted kindly. She walked over to the window to look outside. She didn`t look at the ground though, she looked at the stars. She sighed softly to herself, then turned back around to face Hayden.

"Do you know many people yet?"

[Hayden]

He looked at her, "Nope, I would say you are the only one I know.  If the teachers count, i know them to."he said to her.  The truth is even though he has been here for ever, he hasn't had many friends, all because he is shy, and nobody has ever talked to him.

Stacey nodded and leaned back to sit on the window sill. She noted how tall he was compared to herself. "What year are you?" She asked, curious. She snapped her fingers and a flame appeared in her palm. She rolledit around, playing with it, a habit she had gotten into. She didn`t mind him knowing she could use fire, but she definatly didn`t want him to know about her other power.

[Hayden]

Hayden looked at him and the fire in her hands, he smiled, "Im a 5th year, and I am good with elements to.  Water is my best though."he said to her.

Stacey looked down at the flame in her hands, hardly realizing it was there. "Oh, yea. I can master fire." She said with a smile. "I`m a fifth year too." She looked down at her new gold ring. She turned it so it glittered in the moonlight coming in from the window.

[Hayden]

He looked at her, "As i can with water."he said.

"Ahh, I see."he said to her.  Hayden looked around the room, then back at her.

Stacey looked up, confused. "See what?" She asked. Her eyes were bright blue now, instead of green.

[Hayden]

"Were both 5th years."he said to her and sighed.

He then sat down, he began thinking on what he was going to do today.

Stacey tilted her head, her eyes purple. She smiled a tiny smile, using his powers without him knowing. Of course he wouldn`t know anyway, he didn`t know what her real powers were, and he didn`t know about her unique power.

[Hayden]

Hayden sat there and then his eyes turned black and his pupils turned red.  He had a look on his face, that was far away.  He was seeing something else.  It happend to him alot, he would see things that would happen, and things that wouldn't.

Stacey`s eyes turned orange as she watched Hayden. She could tell he was seeing something. She wondered if it was past future or present.

[Hayden]

He snaped back into it, "What did you say?".  He was acting like nothing had happend.  He didn't what anybody to know what he could do.
