New years eve.

[Hayden]

Hayden woke up and looked at the time.  He sighed. 

He didn't even bother to change cloths, he was in sweatpants with a tshirt on.  He walked down stairs,and then saw her sitting there.  Hayden walked over to her then sat down.

"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii"he said.

"Hello," Stacey said softly. She stared down at the package she was holding. "I talked to my dad last night."

[Hayden]

He looked at her, "Coolio"he said still tired.

Stacey looked at Hayden with green eyes. "Are you coherent? Do you want to know what is in here?"

[Hayden]

"No"he said flatly, "But can you just tell me what you wanted to tell me?  Dinner is in an half hour. Okay maybe not, but I need food."he said to her.

Stacey rolled her eyes. "What is in here I think you would find interesting." She pulled out a long silver chain. There was a tiny charm on it that had the words "Oliver Reese Black" written on it in curly handwritting.

[Hayden]

He looked at her, and took the thing from her, "What the f#@k is this?"he said.

Stacey pursed her lips. "I think you know what it is." She pulled out a frame. In it was a black-and-white picture. In it was Stacey`s mother holding a baby. A baby boy.

[Hayden]

Hayden looked at her, "No."he said to her.

"Why?"he said his eyes changeing blue.  This never happend before, why were his eyes changeing?

"My father told me that when they got pregnant, they didn`t expect twins, no one ever does. They hoped they would have enough money to take care of two children, but they didn`t. They sent the baby boy to America, expecting to get him back when they had enough money." Stacey was looking at the floor, her eyes dark blue and glassy with tears.

"The buisness that the baby was adopted to was burned down as a result of a boycott. All of the records were lost, the building was burned to the ground." She swallowed, a lump forming in her throat. "They couldn`t track anything. Everything was lost." She tunred her wet gaze to Hayden.

"There is a fair chance that that baby could be you. Do you remember anything? Anything at all?"

[Hayden]

Hayden looked at her,and began to think.  All he remembered was smoke.


"No."he said to her, "Do you really think I can remember something that had happened over 15 years ago?"he asked her.

Stacey closed her eyes and swallowed again. "Please, try. You didn`t see the look on my father`s face when I spoke with him. Please, what do you remember?"

[Hayden]

He looked at her, "Smoke."he said, "Thats all I know."he said then took out the necklace he had always had.  It had a ORB on it.

He looked at her and handed it to her.

"This came with the other one I have."he said.

Stacey carefully took the necklace along with the other one she had brought. She sighed.

"Hayden, I think you`re my brother." She looked at him slowly, her eyes grey.

[Hayden]

Hayden looked at her, "Why do you think that? "he asked her.
