Sky

She stood with her face against the cool hard glass of the tea shoppe. Her hand just above it, feeling the cold with her warm hands. Her fingers tingled with the icy touch. The rain outside was loud and fast, rapidly hitting the walk and any person outside.  She watched as little drops struck the glass with a loud tap. It looked as if each drop would come and hit her in the face. But no. It would stop when it hit the window and then slide down.

She smiled to herself. She thought about the change in weather. How the transition from Winter to Spring reminded her of her old self. So cold and bitter..now warmer and more gentle. She was so much more patient these days. She felt like...she was someone now. Like she knew who she was.

A tear slid down her cheek. A tear that let the rest of her remaining pain and heartache slip away like the rain on the window pane. She was happy. Truely happy. Sky wiped her eyes and pushed herself forward, so she was sitting up, and then bent to sip her steaming cup of tea.

((So yeah..dramatic. But I was bored and just woke up. I feel asleep during The Dark Knight lol. ))

"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

(( ;D))

Stacey glared out the window of a random shop. She stared out at the rain, waiting for it to stop. She took a deep breath and tightened her hold of the large book she was holding to her chest. Moments later she botled from the door and into another shop, where she sould get something to drink. She ordered a warm brink of mint tea and pulled a bronze coin from her pocket. She person behind the counter smiled and handed her the hot drink. She picked it up, the heat not bothering her, and turned around.

The shop didn`t have many people in it at the moment, but there was one person she recognized.

The tea was nice. It could do many more wonders than a flask of alcohol ever would. She took one more sip before setting the chipped china down without a sound. Her fingers drummed lightly on the table as she sat in thought. That last tear. That was her past. Her luggage she had dragged with her to this school. It was gone. Gone just like that. And...it was strange. How something like that could happen so..so randomly!

She closed her eyes, smiling yet again to herself. It really was something of a miracle. She remembered how she told herself that she was happy. That..she was alright. Her pain was gone. But it never had left. But today was so different. She felt different. Which, for some reason, somehow led her here. To a tea shoppe. Her emotions brought her to a tea shoppe to cry. She felt so silly. As she went to take another sip of her calming elixir, she couldn't help but let her dazzling gray eyes wonder the premises. Such an empty shop. It was nice though. Nobody to see a silly girl. But then she seen Stacey.

Stacey tilted her head and smiled as Sky looked her way. She shifted the heavy book to ehr other arm and held the tea carfully. She stepped around the tables until she made it to Sky. "Hello, mid if I sit with you?" She asked politely. She hadn`t recognized anyone else in the small area, and sitting with someone she knew was a lot better than sitting by herself.

As she examined Sky, her eyes softened and lightened a few shades to form a bright grey. She didn`t take to much thought into the tear against her cheek.

((I wiped that tear missy! XD))

Sky felt a little embarrassed. She had hoped that Stacey had just walked in and had not seen her with her face pushed into the window crying. But she nodded with a grin.
"Sure, sure. Take a seat." She said, motioning with her hand to sit. She noticed the rather large book in her arms.
"What are you reading?" She asked her curiously.

((Ooppsi!))

Stacey gave a small grin and seated herself across from Sky, setting the book down first, then the tea. "If you count one-hundred and seventeen different fonts for wedding invatations as reading, I guess you could say I`m reading writing that says John and Jane Doe." She replied with a small smirk.

She had been finishing up some of the more detailed works for the wedding that was only about three months away now. It made Stacey a little breathless to think about how close it was, but she didn`t care what other people said about how young she was.

(Can I join? or do you just want no newbies. It will be okay if you want no newbies. I will just work on my new fanfic.)

Sky

Sky stared at the book for a short moment and then looked up at Stacey, brushing a piece of black hair out of her eyes. "Wow..you must be so excited!" She said. It was odd to imagine someone her age getting married-but they were an adult and were free to do as they pleased.

Sky opened the book to a random page and pointed to a pretty cursive font. "How about that one?" She asked.

((Open for anyone.))

Stacey shrugged. "I don`t really know which one I`ll pick, yet. My dad just dropped it off for my mom since she won`t come anywhere near here." She rolled her eyes. Her mother was a Muggle, and somethimes she just decided that she wanted to have as little to do with magic as possible.

She took a quick sip of the hot tea and her eyes flashed mint green for a moment in response.

Sky

"Ah. I see." Sky said, understand what Stacey was getting at. She looked back out the window.
"So what does love feel like?" She asked. She had so many weird questions, but she couldn't help it.

potter_fan122

Stacey took her deep breath and her eyes wandered back to the book. "Well," She started, "It`s something you can`t explain. I feels like... everything you like all put together. But it`s unexpected and strange, yet it makes you happy. It`s the best thing in the world." She answered. "I hope that enswers your question; someday you`ll know for yourself exactly what I mean." She added with a grin.

Sky

Sky laid her elbow down on the table, resting her head in her palm.
"Eh..maybe. Who knows. Maybe I'll be some lonely old lady with 23 cats with cat litter trailed around my house." Sky joked with a smile.

"Well anyway. I'm happy for you guys and wish you all the happiness you could get."

Isabelle rose up from the couch in her dorm room, and blinked her eyes abit, looking outside she noticed that it was raining, finally winter was over and here comes spring and after that would be her favorite time of year Summer, smiling it was one of the first smiles ever since the break up, and she got changed into blue sweatpants and a red t-shirt with a gray raincoat, and ran down the stairs with money jangling in her pockets, and she kept running till she reached a shop in Hogmeade out of breathe impressed with herself for running this long way. Looking into shop windows and noticed two girls she knew well Stacey and Sky. She jogged into the shop and shaked herself dry like a dog, and then went to the table where the girls were and said "Hello Stacey, Sky. How are you this fine morning?" she was still surprised of herself being cheerful more often after that mad day of Valentine's. She shivered and asked "May I sit with you guys?"
