Stacey grinned, giving Leah a one-armed hug. "Thank you so much for being a bridesmaid." She whispered. "Really, you look great, although you often do." Leah would understand what she meant.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Leah made a noise somewhere along the lines of 'Pffft'  and flicked her hand at Stacey.  "Please, darling, you're the beautiful one! You're up there in a perfect white dress, and all that..."  She gestured to Aiden, as if that summed up what she was trying to say.

Stacey smiled and started to blush a little, and her eyes got a light pink tint. "Oh, stop it." She said, looking down and picking at her dress. It was a beautiful dress. It was something that wouldn`t look out of place in a castle decorated for a ball.

Aiden

Aiden nodded with agreement at what Leah said.  She didn't look wonderful in her dress.  He smiled brightly, and kept holding Stacey's hand.

He turned towards Leah.  "What did you think of the wedding?"  Aiden asked, keeping his smile bright.  His eyes were glowing.

Leah laughed as Stacey blushed.  She always thought it a little funny when her friends blushed.

"I'll stop when you stop looking like a..."  Leah searched for the word and came up short. "that!"  She stuttered, not sure what else to call such beauty.

Leah turned to Aiden and sighed, somewhat dramatically.  However, she didn't think that the drama would surprise them... it was her way of doing things.  "It was perfect! It was gorgeous! It was..."  She sighed again, once more at a loss for words.

"Up to your standards?" Stacey laughed. Leah had simply gone nuts when she had mentioned the wedding, and even crazier when she realized that weddings meant dresses. Leah was the one who made sure Stacey stayed away from Aiden the night before.

Stacey might have been able to get away from a normal person, but not a vampire.

"Most definitely!" Leah replied smiling.  She caught Stacey's train of thought and smiled wider as the memories play through her mind.  No matter what Stacey tried, there was no way she would've escaped from Leah.  Even if Leah had been a human, she would've been able to hold Stacey for a while... just not a very long while.

Stacey grinned. She could feel that Leah had felt her memories. "Yeah, last nigth was fun." She said sarcastically. "I simply couldn`t think of anything, or anyone, I`d rather be spending my time with." She turned her head slightly to smile at Aiden, who had been stuck with her dad the whole night.

Aiden

Aiden rolled his eyes sarcastically.  "Its good to know someone had fun last night."  He teased.  It actually wasn't that bad staying with Stacey's dad.  However, neither of them really said much to each other.  He squeezed Stacey's hand.

"Great! Thanks! Nice to know I'm second best!"  Leah said, sarcastically throwing her hands up in the air as if she gave up.  She broke into a smile, and laughed, knowing that no one would ever be first in Stacey's heart except for Aiden.

Stacey smirked. "Who said you were second Leah?" She asked, smiling broadly. She leaned into Aiden and wrapped one arm around him. She was his wife. He was her husband. She just couldn`t believe it.

Aiden

Aiden smiled, surprised by the random hug.  "Oh, so I'm second?"  He teased her lightly.  Aiden hugged her back tightly.  The room was getting less and less congested, making it easier to talk without shouting.

"Ouch..." Leah said, looking away and biting her lip.  "That hurts... especially because you're married... that's just... uncalled for..." She trailed off, playfully not meeting their eyes.

Stacey laughed. "I meant that as in mabey your not second. Mabey you`re third, fourth, or so on." She clairified. "Gosh, that was something I didn`t plan on explaining today." She grinned broadly.

She gently squeezed Aiden`s hand, turning her head towards him.

Leah's mouth dropped.  And yet, her anger was still playful.  If you really stared, you would notice the very corners of her mouth twitching just slightly, itching to smile. She stared at her, disbelieving, yet joking all the while.  "Oh so now I'm like forty-third? Gee THANKS Stacey!"  She shook her head and turned away, palm raised toward Stacey.
