Well, I've really played the first part, it's just that one older girl, which is two years older than me, was already playing the euphonium 1st part, and taking all of the solo's, and she continued, and both of us took the soli's.

But at the end of this year, my conductor said that I'd been playing much better than her, for a long while. :D

Stop this contest, 'cause I'm the clear winner here. :D ;D

I play so well that someone that`s SIX years older than me has prefered to play with me over someone closer to their age.

I've really never had any chance of showing my talents to older people :D

BUT, this year, my ensamble went to the Norwegian nationals, where we were playing against people far older than we were! We were seven graders, and they were like tenth graders! :O And in the qualification round, we got third place! :D

But we played a bit worse when we were actually there, since we were quite stressed, and our conductor wasn't there as backup, not that he was allowed to help us. We got fourth place then, with one point away from the oldest people! :O

And that was the first time we ever went something like that! Except one some months before where we won a county thingy.

Well, I'm in a school band, in a small villlage with a population with about something over 1,500.

We have 60 people in our band, New people, Second year people, and the main band.

We often do grown up pieces, like last year on the nationals, we did the Malvern Suite, By Phillip Sparke, and this year, Stantonbury festival, even though we did bad, since there a many people that ruin for those who actually cares.

Our marching band is made up of the high schoolers and the sixth through eight graders. I`ll be in eight grade and the guy who likes to play with me is in college.
JAMES IS COMING BACK THIS YEAR TO PLAY WITH US!!!!

Um, I'm going to a band summer camp in two weeks x.x I have no idea how it will be, and the only one with me is some lamo who thinks he's my friend. I think I'm gonna ditch or hide from him! :D He only thinks that I'm kidding, but I really want to know other people on that camp, and then I don't want him dragging along in my heels x-x
