Aiden wasn't paying attention to Heather. He really didn't even know why she was talking to him. It wasn't until a few moments ago she had slapped him. He shrugged her hand off of his shoulder.

Aiden looked at Avalee, he didn't even flinch at her yelling.
"Then what am I doing?" He asked quietly.

She ignored his question, and hugged him, as tight as she could although she was weak from the loss of weight. Avalee was quite a bit shorter than him, he was at least six feet tall and she was barely five feet. She hugged around his chest, and cried into his chest.

Aiden hugged her back, his hands tight but not too tight around her. His warm skin against hers, it was comforting.
"Sorry." He whispered, only loud enough for Avalee to hear.

As she cried, she whispered to him "Well if it makes the self loathing stop, i forgive you!" She was still wondering what he thought he bad done wrong but she just hugged him. Having him close was warm and made her feel almost whole.

Aiden sighed deeply, it almost sounded like he was relieved. He gently tightened his arms around her.
"Thanks." He mumbled. burying his face in her hair.

So she just hugged him, it was all she wanted now, she just wanted him. If they couldn't be together, she, not wanted, but needed him to be her friend. As his arms tightened she slightly smiled. She could feel her eyes getting lighter.
She still loved him, more than in a friend way, and she always would. She just needed this moment. She needed to cry out all her tears, it was making her feel better actually to cry, with Aiden there. He was her warmth, she was always cold and she needed someone like Aiden, so she wouldn't let this moment pass her by. She just hugged him.

Aiden kept his face buried in her hair, smelling the sweet scent she carried on her. He took deep breaths, keeping his hands tight around her. He silently read her mind, finding it less difficult since he didn't have to block out the others now.

She just hugging him, she still burried her face in his chest. She smelled his sweet sent. They fit. She could just hug him forever. Her mind was open to him.

Heather shook her head as Avalee and Aiden had apparently forgotten that she was there. She cheered in her mind due to Aiden finally unblocking his mind. Heather smirked and bent one knee and kept one straight and cross her arms and made her look like she was leaning on one leg.

Vivian was still waiting in the clearing. "What are they doing in there?" She said out loud to herself. Vivian always talked to herself. She slowly sat up, the sky was turning grey and some clouds were moving in. It was going to rain soon. That's just my luck, she thought to herself. She wasn't too worried, if it got to bad she could go into the forest. The trees would give her some protection. She started fidgeting with a blade of grass.

Heather rolled her eyes at the two and went back to be with Vivian who wouldn't ignore that she was in the room, She walked down from the castle to where Vivian was and says to her once she entered the clearing "Hey Vivian. They ignore me and are just hugging."

Vivian was glad to see Heather come back to the clearing, she was starting to get a little lonely. "Hi Heather. Are you serious? Do you think that's the best thing for her right now?" Vivian said worried.

"I'm serious! I'm not sure, but right now it is." says Heather confused, she wasn't sure about Avalee and Aiden hugging was a good idea.

Aiden leaned back to look at her eyes. He took in another deep breath. He was having trouble control emotions, so that always helped.
"Are you okay?" He asked quietly, hoping the talk they had helped her out.
