I'm sorry, I don't know who did it, and have no clue how to figure that out.  You're the closest to her, so ask her if she gave her password to anyone.  Please don't leave!  :(

I'm telling you, only herself or Admin could have done it. :^S And as you must have read, Admin did not.

Either someone wanggled her password, or she just accedently pressed the "Delete user" button. It's right next to the "Change profile" one. :s Should could have accedently pressed that when she was changing something. ^^; Ask her.
And she can always re-sign up. :)
