She hasn't written all 7 books yet.  She's got the plots, and whats going to happen in the last two books down, but not the actually story.  She's just barely started on the 6th book.

That's why I don't think they have a title yet.  Not until she's almost done with the book can she think of a proper title.

I remember seeing posters in books stores before the 4th book ocame out, "Harry Potter and the Triwizard Tournament" when it at last came out, the title changed to "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire."

Ok just to clear up a few things...

I have also heard rumors that it will be called Harry Potter and the Green Flame Torch but after reading Shui's point of view on the subject, I have come to believe that it may just be a rumor and not true. It may still be the same story but with another title. I have also heard that the 7th book will be called Harry Potter and the Forest of Shadows, but I cannot confirm if that is true or not. The picture at the bottom of sirius~black's post that some could see and some could not did not show up because it was from a Geocities website. And to comment on that picture... I'm pretty sure it's a fake. I say this because the picture of Harry on the cover does not bear much of a resemblance to those of J.K. Rowling's illustrator's stature.

J.K. has not written all 7 books yet. She has ideas and plots written down. From the sources I've gathered, however, she did write the last chapter of book 7. I cannot confirm this either, as it may just be a silly rumor. But that is what I've heard.
