*shrugs* I dunno what I`m gunna do *shakes head* I`m done for. *gets some coffee* see you Isis *walks back up to the Common Room and reads**hour pass and finally manages to finish the books in the morning**sighs, exhausted after going longer than sixty hours without sleep**streaches out on the floor and drifts off*

buh bye *frowns and then goes back to Slytherin common room. sighs and can't concentrate any longer. stands up and does a bunch of streaches, and then sits back down and continues reading*

~*~*~THE NEXT DAY~*~*~

*wakes up on the floor, the day of the trial, and stands looking dreadful**puts on clean robes and new cloak, then heads out to the doors where waits for carriges*

*wakes up outside wet once again and lets out a blood curdling scream of anger and frustration. hears wings and turns around to see a flock of birds fly up and out of the forest. blushes and sees Lav. walks up to her and waves* hey. *rings out a section of robes* what's up? *frowns as the water drips from robes*

hey Isis-*the carriges approach* sorry, I`ll have to talk to you latter, wish me luck *walks into the carrige and rides out of the grounds then dissaprates to the Ministry of Magic**walks inside mthe building and down to the court room**enters the somewhat deadly, silent room and sits in the chair in front of the Wizengomat*

*yells after the carriage:* bye! good luck Lav! *half way smiles and walks up to dorm and changes into dry clothes*

*looks at the Wizengomatt a trembling and looks around helpless as the leader of them stepped up*

Wizengomatt Leader(WL):your name?

me:*says shakily* L-Lavender Potter

WL:*laughs* yeah, and I`m the Easter Rabbit, now the truth.

me:I-I just spoke it sir.

WL:*rolls eyes* whatever, like thats-

*a person from the stnds stands and says:really? well then *starts asking questions then eyes widen larger every time that answers correctly about her parents:well, presume.

WL:Do you admit to using a shock curse and an unforgivable curse, the Cratactis Curse?

me:*looks outraged* I did not! That was-

WL:*doesnt give her time to reply and starts yelling off the charges*

me:wait! PLEASE! *is silenced by a Silencing Spell*

WL:*well then, a year in Azkaban should clear that up, just one less Death thingy mogigger on the streets. Send her away. *the dementors take her firmly by the arms and lift er, still limp from shock, to Azkaban where she is placed in a small cell without water**immediately feels hungry but isnt allowed food so leans aginst wall, the cold stone chilling her, yet she falls into a nightmarish sleep*

*is walking around on the grounds late at night. wonders what happened to Lav from earlier and walks up to her dorm room. stands and waits for a response after knocking on her door. waits a minute or two and then finally opens door to find an empty room. gasps and gets worried. walks to Dumbledore's office and knocks on the door frantically*

Dumbly:*comes out, a sighn of fear etched across his face* oh Isis, I see you`ve heard about Lavender.

*mouth drops. sees his face and knows it's bad. slowly shakes head to signal a no. slowly and quietly says:* w-w-what happened to Lav? *gets a worried look on face*

Dumbly:*tears start to stream down his face* She was sent to Azkaban for a year. And theres nothing, no loopholes or anything, that we can do about it. *he shakes his head* I`m so sorry *walks back into his office leaving her there*

*jaw drops and stands there for a few seconds which seems like an hour. then jaw starts to tremble and shakes head, each time getting more distinct and violent. then bangs on his door*

they can't do that!!! they can't! crimany! she's a teen! she's a student! she's too young! they wouldn't! they couldn't!!!

*stops banging on his door and steps back expecting him to come out as a tear falls down her cheek*

dumbly:*doesnt come out*

me:*wakes up in the morning of the next day, arms and legs cold as ice as shudders and stands to look around**shudders agian as a Dementor passes then sits on the cold dirt, trying to keep self toeather then closes eyes agian*

*jaw drops as a few more tears come down face. sighs and steps further away from the door. leans against a wall and wonders what to do*

*days pass untill the third day of Febuary comes, the marking of her fourth month in there**stands weakly in cell, body skinny and unhealthy**goes to bars and looks out, though this time seeing Fudge*

Fudge:*walks over, eyes widening at the sight of how much damage had been done**turns the key and opens her cell, then grabs her frail arm and dissaprates**arrives in the Griffindor Common Room, throws her to the ground and dissaprates agian*

me:sits up from the ground, thn pulls self up to the windowsill and sits on it lookng out*
