HELP HELP!!!!

I know this isn't supposed to be here but people come here alot......I just want to ask those who have a forum in proboards if this has ever happened to them: I went to my forum today and I don't know how this happened but I went to delete one of the boards there and somehow EVERYTHING got deleted! :o :bigcry::bigcry::bigcry::bigcry::bigcry::bigcry:

HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!?!?
