I am told that there si a spell that can release all with in it however, you can't choose who to release, it is all or none and some of the beings in there are horror.  They say that some are equal to Voldem0rt in hteir power and evil.  That's why, I think Voldem0rt is after this thing...He might know the spell to release them all.

Then...how did the rest of them get in there-

They were captured by aruors and sent here for trial.  When it was decided that they were to dangerouse for azkaban, the Ministry not being totaly trustful of the Dementors, they were put in there to be forgotten about

But we can't get him out with out letting all the others out at the same time.  I don't know how many they have in there but they say that to let them all out at once would be a very bad thing.

So, I guess you can say that Sirius Black is a casulty of war, in a way....

*Frowns*  I don't know exactly how powerfull this thing is but even if you can get out, it would take at least a month or so and I need you here, not playing around in some other dimension with god knows what lurking about.
