The arrival of "Shad"

*shad sat on the floor,and practicaly passed out of exaustion*

Lavender peeked curiously over the side of the chair, a sharp eyebrow arched in interest.

"Are you alright?" she asked quizzically, resting her chin on the arm of the chair, turning to face that direction, to create a more comfortable position.

No,I'm fine,Really...Just...*he yawned,barely keeping his eyes open*a little tired...

Lavender smiled slightly. 'Just a little tired', usually meant drop-dead-exhaustion. A large, fluffy silk pillow appeared upon his lap, and a warm, smooth large blanket appeared, set over his shoulders. He was suddenly on the couch, just a little to his, and her, left, all excess books and quills and such suddenly gone, the cushions as soft and newer-looking. Lavender's face disappeared from the arm of the chair as she lay back, curling up in the chair, in the form, now, of a small black kitten.

*shad had fallen asleep a second after the blanket had fallen on him,after muttering something that faintly resembled a thankyou* *he woke up a few hours later*

Lavender had checked to see that Shad was still asleep every now and then for the hours after he had fallen asleep. When he awoke, she had already long-since aroused from her unsuccessful nest of sleep on the chair by the fire, returned to her human form, and was seated upon the gaping, open windowsill, her legs dangling over the side of the tower. Her hands were still, in her lap, and her head rested against the stone side of the sill, as she dozed in that most interesting, and dangerous of sleeping places.

*shad yawned and opened his eyes* *he jumped slightly*w-what?! *he looked around* (G2g)

Lavender did not react to his sudden discomfort. She continued to doze on the open windowsill, unaware, for once, lost in sleep.

[Ginny Weasly]

"Well, one of you is awake." Ginny said, from where she sat against a wall. Since it was nearing morning, she should have been asleep, but she'd sleep later.
"I used to wonder why'd she sleep in the strangest places, it's a bit funny though."

[_Lavender_]

Lavender mumbled incoherent mutters as she slept, her full lips moving to form unique words, perhaps not words at all, but sounds, as her thoughts drifted from one random thing, to another. She remained sleeping at her awkward place, oddly comfortable, for the moment, seemingly hearing nothing of the outer world..

*shad wiped his forehead*uh...yeah. *he got up and stretched a bit*

[Ginny Weasly]

She looked at him and smiled.
"So what are you going to do today?" She asked, "It's not like you have any clasess."

*he flattened his hair a bit*I'm probably going to be plenty busy anyway....*he said,vaguely*

She smirked.
"If I find you messing around, I'll put you to work, so find something constructive." She said.

oh,Not here....*he yawned and stretched again*
