(Ok, here is more   lol)

Professor Snape and Draco stood in Dumbledores office.  Kiara sat on the edge of Dumbledore's desk, humming annoyingly, on purpose.  Snape turned on her, "Will you stop that irritating noise."  Kiara gave him a smart grin.  "Is there a problem, does my humming get on your nerves, traitor.  I do ever so, apologize."  Snapes lip twitched into a sneer and he began to advance on her.  Kiara stood up and waited for him to come nearer.  He towerd over her  and still, she simply held his angry stare and returned it with unconcern.  "Go ahead, Professor, strike me down.  Here and now.  I'm sure you won't miss your job -- that much.  You could always take a job with the Ministry -- oh, I forgot, they don't seem to trust you either, now do they?"  Snapes glare became even more dangerous.  "You've out-stepped your limits, this time, girl.  Your certain to be expelled."  He snarled between clenched teeth.  "I did nothing wrong.  All I did was simply give Mr. Weasley, a kiss.  How was I supposed to know that would happen."  Kiara replied, calmly.  "You knew."  Snape snarled.  Kiara stepped in closer making sure she had his full attention.  "Prove it."  She snarled back.  Snape tore himself away from her and walked to the other side of the room.  "My question is, simply, why did you kiss him, in the first place, Kiara?"  Draco asked, obviously a little jelouse.  Kiara gave him a look of defiance.  "He wanted it, besides, did you not say and I quote, "Sure, what's the differance.""  Her quote of his own words stung him more than he had expected.  "I'm sorry, I didn't mean --"  Kiara cut him off.  "Yes you did.  It seems to me, Ron is the only one around here who even gives a d**n about me, I really didn't mean to hurt him.  Even you, Draco Malfoy, don't seem to have the balls to care enough, not that it of couse, makes a d**ned bit of differance."  Kiara turned away from him and went silent.  No one talked untill Dumbledore came in.

Dumbledore took Snape and Draco into the other room.  When they finally came out, Draco and Snape left the office.  "Have a seat, Kaira."  Dumbledore motioned to a chair.  Kiara sat, this time.  "First, let me start by saying, Ron will be just fine."  Kiara looked relieved.  "Second, from what Young Malfoy tells me, you really didn't know this would happen.  If you have a clue as to why it did, please, enlighten me."  Kiara looked down at her hands then, took off the ring her father had given her.  She stood up, walked over and placed it on her godfathers desk.  "I--I think, this might have somthing to do with it."  Dumbledore reached for the ring, when his hand got near it, the ring began to spark.  He quickly withdrew his hand.  "I see, a gift from your father, no doubt.  Why don't you put it in that box, just over there."  Kiara did as he asked.  After her conversation with Draco, about Ron, Kiara had somehow managed to fight off the control, Voldamort had over her.  Now, all she could think of, was Ron and, she wanted badly, to see him.  "Ron wanted me to give you this.  Seems, he didn't blame you either.    He says, it's a Christmas present from himself, Harry and Hermione."  Dumbledore handed her a small box.  She opened it to find a small, golden lockett.  Kiara opend it and imedeatly started to cry.  Professor Dumbledore watched her and smiled.  "That, Kiara, is why your staying at this school.  No more trips to visit, Voldamort.  I've talked with the Ministry on this and they seem to mostly agree.  Now, I suppose you would like to go and see Mr. Weasley.  But first, let me see your lockett."  Kiara handed it to him.  Dumbledore opend it and looked at the pictures.  On one side was a picture of Harry and Kiara, arms around each other waving at the cammera.  On the other, was Ron and Kiara playing Wzards Chess, Hermione was in the background, waving.  In the picture, Ron was winning the game.  "Verry cleaver, our Mr. Weasley."  Dumbledore handed it back to her.  "Shall I help you put it on?"  Kaira nodded.

Kiara and Professor Dumbledore stood at the entrance to the hospital.  "I'll go talk with Pomfrey, I'll see to it that you two are left alone to talk."  Dumbledore smiled and winked at the very nervous Kiara.  He walked in.  Kiara stood there for a few minutes before finally wakling in herself.

Kiara went to Ron's side, he was sleeping so, she sat down and held his hand gently.  Kiara was confused, she knew she loved Draco, more than anything but, he had abandoned her, given up on her when she needed him the most.  She wasn't sure if, she'd ever be able to forgive him of that.  Now, knowing Ron stood by her and refused to let her go, she looked at him differently.  She wasn't sure the feelings she had for him were just of friendship, anymore.  "Oh, wake up."  she said quietly.  Then, almost as if he'd heard her, Ron opened his eyes turned and smiled.  "Welcome back, Kiara."  Kiara gave him a sad smile.  "I'm sorry, I didn't know it would --"  Ron cut her short.  "It's ok, just think of it as another one I owe you."  Kiara's smile brightend.  "Oh, ya, I'd forgotten about that, you still owe from the last time I, uh, umm --"  She left it hangimg with an apologetic grin.  "Thank you, by the way."  Kiara said.  "Thasnks, for what?  Doing what I promised I'd do?  I told you I wasn't going to give up on you and, I didn't."  Kiara smiled faintly.  "Did you mean it, when you said, you loved me?"  Ron quit smiling and turned the other way.  "Yes, I do."  he said quietly.  Kiara quickly changed the subject.  "Thanks for the lockett, it's wonderfull.  You --"  Ron stopped her again.  "I'm sorry Draco gave up on you.  I know how that must hurt.  Don't judge him to harshly though, it's just not in him to be able to fight against somthing like that."  Ron told her.  Kiara stared at him.  "I'm trying to forgive him.  I just don't know that I can.  I mean, he gave up on me Ron.  I really needed him and he turned his back on me.  He didn't even try."  Ron sat up, closing his eyes to the pain in his head and, swung his legs over the bed.  He pulled Kiara up to sit next to him.  She was crying, Ron held her.  "It'll be ok, Kiara. soon, you and Malfoy will be running around here being pains in my a@@ again, sooner than you think.  Things will get back to normal."  Ron said, trying to make light of the situation.  Kiara shook her head.  "No Ron, It'll never be the same again." she stopped crying and sat up straight.  "No, Kiara things'll ---" he didn't finish.  Kiara kissed him.  Not like the kiss she gave him in the stands last year to make Draco jealouse.  This one was long and, very passionate.  "Uhm, ya, ok, maybe, not the same."  They sat there staring at each other for a few minutes.  "I, I should go now.  See you around, Ron."  Kiara got up and left.  As she walked out the door, she whisperd, "I love you."  Ron heard her, he jerked his head towards the door, started to say somthing but stopped.  He let her go.  "I love you too, Kiara."  Ron layed back down and stared at the celing, remembering that kiss because he knew, he wouldn't ever, be getting another one.

A few days later, Kiara told Draco she had to go to the library.  "I just need to go.  I, owe, sombody somthing."  Kiara told him as she grabbed her parchment and headed out the door.  She had spent three hours in the library and finally finished.  "There, good enough."  Kiara got up and went to find Professor Ellis.  "There you are, I've been looking all over for you."  Kiara had found her heading for lunch.  "Here, I know it's way late and that you have already given me a grade but, I thought I needed to write this for you."  Nina smiled.  "Thank you Kiara.  You have no idea what this means to me."  They walked to lunch together and parted only when they reach the Hall.  Kiara went and sat with Draco.  "Harry and Hermione will be here in a few hours."  Kiara said as she seated herself.  "Are you going to meet them?"  Draco asked.  "Well, of course I a. silly."  Kiara began eating.  "Oj, so I suppose Ron will be there too."  Kiara nearly choked.  "What's that got to do with anything?"  Draco didn't answer.  "Not still jealouse, are you?"  Once again Draco didn't say anything.  He was still feeling bad for abandoning her and yes, he was a bit jealouse that Ron hadn't.  "Look, I've told you, I love you.  Quit being so ---"
"You can tell me you love me all you want, it still doesn't change the fact that, he, was there when I should have been.  I know you still hold it against me."  Draco cut her off.  "Look, this isn't the place for this conversation.  We can talk about it later, if you want."  Kiara replied shortly.

Harry and Hermione walked through the doors into the castle.  Ron and Kiara were there waiting for them.  Kiara smiled at Harry then, practicly knocked him over when she hugged him.  Hermione started to cry, "Oh, that's so sweet!"  she looked at Roin.  "Ya, practicaly killed me but, I got her back."  He smiled happily, watching the look on Harry's face.  "Ron, this is by far, the best thing you could have ever done for me--thank you."  Harry smiled as her continued to hug Kiara.

The rest of the day, Harry and Kiara spent together.  Ron walked outside and found them.  They were laying in the grass on their stomaches, heads together, laughing.  Ron smiled.  (You did good, Weasley.  Don't forget she still has a choice to make this Spring.)  the fate told him.  "I know but, maybe, this will help."  Ron answered.  There was no reply.  Hermione walked up at this time.  "Let's go join them, Harry's been hogging her all day.  I miss her too."  Romn laughed and they walked over.  "Mind if we join you?"  Ron asked.  "Sure, pull up some turff."  Kiara smiled.  The four of them, were laying i na circle, heads together, laughing and talking when Draco come out...

A flash of jealousy came over Draco's already dark expression.  "I'd watch those two, if I were you."  Max said as he walked up behind Draco.  "Thanks for stating the obviouse, Max."  Draco replied sarcasticly.  "Just trying to watch you back, Malfoy.  No need to get angry, I'm not the one laying so close to your --"  He didn't get to finish.  Draco waved him off as her turned and walked back inside.  Max smiled.  He stood and watched Kiara for a few minutes.  "Enjoy it while you can, princess, you life's going to change, soon enough."  He then turned and walked back inside.

Later that evening, after dinner, Kiara was studdying Alchamy while Draco sat next to her an the couch, poking at the fire.  The only other person in the room was MAx and, he seemed to be studying as well.  It was Friday night and classes were not schedualed to star up again until Monday so, the rest of the school had not returned from vacation yet.

"So, did you and Weasley have fun, today?"  Draco asked.  Kiara sighed and closed her book.  "I don't know what your talking about.  Harry and I had a wonderfull time though, thanks for asking."  Kiara replied, somewhat frustrated.  "I saw the four of you laying on the grass today.  Imagine my suprise to see Ron nest to you."  Draco stated peevishly.  "If you saw us then, why didn't you come over and join us?"  Kiara raised her voice slightly.  "What?  And ruin all your fun?  I wouldn't dream of it."
"Oh, shut up!"  Kiara yelled at him.  Max smiled, It did his heart good to see these two argue like this.  "Don't tell me to shut-up!  I saw how close he was to you!  Bet you really enjoyed that!"  Draco yelled back.  "Well, if you didn't like it then, you should have come over."  She paused. "Oh, ya, I forgat it's easier for you to give up on me then to stand up and fight for me."  Kiara got up and started to leave.  Her last words cut through Draco like a knife.  "Kiara, Wait!  I'm sorry."  He grabbed her arm.  Kiara turned around to face him.  She looked down at his arm then up at his face.  Draco let go.  Her expresion was unreadable and, he didn't like it.  "You would think, since i did come back and try to salvage, what's left of this relationship, you would at the very least, try to help.  Your going to have to except the fact that Ron is my friend, a part of my life.  He always will be and, yes, Draco, there was a point were I almost didn't, come back to you.  Ron was the one who changed my mind.  If not for him, I wouldn't even be here with you, now."  With that said, Kiara turned and went up stairs.  Draco sat back dowm.  Kiara might as well had just hit him with a ton af bricks.  He was dumbstruck, didn't know what to think.  "Weasley changed her mind?"  he said out loud.  "Great!  Now he's even saving my a22!  Well, I didn't ask for any help!"  Draco stood up and was talking to himself, pacing the floor.  He didn't want to except the fact that Ron, had sent her back to him.  He wanted to believe that Kiara had come back on her own but, she haddn't.  He suddenly stopped, turned towards the stairs to the girls dorm then went up after her.

Kiara Johnson

Max sat there, he was just as dumd founded as Draco was.  If he had heard correctly and, he was sure he did, Ron, was the one he's have to eliminate to get to Kiara, not Draco.  Maybe, I'll just kill them both.  He thought.  Either way, he had a lot of replanning to do before Spring break.  One way or another, he was going to be next to Kiara when Lord Voldamort came into compleat power.  He had to ensure himself a high position.  Kiara was the key to his success but, with Ron and Draco in his way, he couldn't touch her.

Draco walked into the girls dorm room.  Kiara was lying on her bed, staring at the celing.  "It took you long enough.  Thought maybe you'd given up, again."  Kiara said quietly.  "Ouch.  That hurt."  Draco went and sat next to her on the bed.  "So, you chose me over him, why?"  He asked.  "Because, I need you Draco.  For a split second, I imagined life with out you and, it was lonley.  Your right though.  I can't forgive you for abandoning me like you did.  That hurts more than it would if you killed me but, I know, it hurts you just as muchand, somehow, that makes up for it."  She turned and smiled at him.  "Kiss me."  She orderd.  Draco obliged.

Monday potions calss was under way.  Draco looked over at Ron and Kiara.  They were laughing about somthing.  "Don't tell me your going to go off on the whole jealousy thing again, Slytherin."  Harry said.  Draco turned and smiled.  "No, Potter, not this time.  I was just thinking."  Draco shook his head then went back to his work.  "Thinking about what?"  Harry persisted.  Draco didn't look up but answerd.  "About how happy she is when she's around him.  That's all."  Harry looked at Draco questionaly but said nothing and just shook his head and continued with his work as well.

After class, Ron and Kiara, still laughing, walked over to Harry and Draco.  "What's so funny?"  Harry asked.  Ron and Kiara told them how Ron had droped one of the worms and how it had managed to go down his pants.  Draco burst out laughing.  THe other three stared at him, suprised at his reaction.  "What?  it was funny."  They all four laughed.

Draco stood up, kissed Kiara on the cheek.  "I'll see you at dinner.  I've got  Quidditch practice."  He started to leave.  "Why bother, Slytherin.  We're going to win this one anyway."  HArry laughed.  "We'll see potter, we'll see."  and he left.  Hermione walked over, Snape wa right behind her.  "And the four of you are standing around here, why?"  He asked in a nasty accusing tone.  "Just leaving, Professor."  Kiara said quickly and, they rushed out of the room.

Ginny and Seamus jumped when the Four came through the port hole to the Gryffindor common room.  Ron glared at Seamus.  "We weren't doing anything, Ron.  Even if we were, what business is it of yours!"  Ginny yelled at him.  "I thought I told you to stay ---"  Ginny cut him short and, they began arguing.  "Do they always do this?"  Kiara asked.  "Ya, like daily.  He's so protective of her."  Hermione answerd.  Kiara walked up to Ron and tapped him on the shoulder.  "What!"  he yelled, then turned around.  "Sorry."  he said when he realised who it was he had yelled at.  "Don't you think, that at fifteen years old, Ginny deserves a little more respect than that, Ronald Weasley?  I realize your just trying to protect her but, there are ways to fo that whith out, embarassing her, you know."  Kiara held his stare.  "But -- I ---she --"  he tried to argue but , with Kiara looking at him like that, he lost his will power.  "Sorry Ginn."  he finally said.  "It's ok Ron."  Ginny replied.  Kiara smiled at Ron who, turned and went and sat in a chair.  Kiara winked at Ginny.  "Thanks."  Ginny mouthed.  Kiara smiled then, giving Seamus a look of warning, she too went and sat down.  Ginny and Seamus left.

"Man, I miss this place!"  Kiara said.  "Feels good to be here.  I miss Ginny too."  Sje smiled.  "Are you absolutely sure, it's ok for you to be here?"  Harry asked.  Kiara put her hand on her choker.  "Oh, this.  Well, good old daddy will just have to let it fo.  I hope."  She laughed a little nervously.  The four of them were talking for a while when, Kiara put her hand to her choker again.  "Ow! Uhm, maybe I should, yam daddy doesn't like me being here."  She quickly got up and ran from the room.  Ron was right behind her.  Harry got up to follow but Hermione stopped him.  "Let them be Harry."  Harry paused then sat down.  "Your right."  He waited a moment then told Hermione what Draco had said in class today.  "Oh my."  was all she could say.  "My point exactly, Hermone."  Harry told her.
