She galnced at Mira, come on." She said, standing and leading her back to the dinning room, which was now filling with older looking men in dark clothing. They took seats near Conan, leaving Ginny and Mira's seats open. Amber and Conan's parents stood and left the room, choosing not to be there just as Ginny walked in.

Amber clashed shoulders with Ginny, but neiher glanced at each other as they passed. Ginny and Mira took their seats and Sam cleared his throat.

"Queen Ginny, we have long waited for you to be home for a meeting." He told her, his voice formal. Ginny only nodded.

One of the board members cleared his throat and Ginny gave him a nod. He stood and started speaking in a monotone voice, which proved to put most of them to sleep. When he sat down, Sam cleared his throat andConan's head slipped off his hand, where it had been propped up, almost hitting the table.
"Objection!" He said as reflex. Ginny snickered and he blinked tiredly at the room, "Uh...ok..." He muttered, flushing.

Ginny then stood up, "Listen guys. I hate to cut this meeting short, but I am visiting again soon, and I have guests with me. They don't appear thrilled at the moment, I'm afraid." She nodded at Sirius and Mira, then looked to Sam, "Any argument on ending this?" She asked. Sam shook his head.

Conan stood, stretching, "Great. I'm going to bed." He walked from the room, and the board members left Ginny, Sirius, Mira, and Sam alone.

Mira figured Sam didn't know telapathy so she sent Ginny: Thank you for ending that!

Ginny nodded, "Don't worry about it." She said aloud. She looked to Sam, "You need not worry about him. He's simply a grumpy old man trying to do right by me and Conan."

She rubbed her eyes and Sam gave her a worried glance, "How much sleep have you gotton lately, Gin?" He asked, the old nickname comming easily and naturally from his lips. Ginny shrugged, not looking at him.

"Not much."

"Do you remember how to get to your room?" Ginny asked, quietly. Sam frowned, then.

"Why don't you all get to bed?" He said, "You have a busy day planned tomarrow."

Planning MY day why I'll plan my OWN day! Mira thought to herself. Apparently she was tired. Then she smiled. "Yes I remember just fine. Now if you'll excuse me..." Mira got up and slowly walked down the hall.

Ginny stood, grasping Sirius's hand in her own and pulling him up.
"Good night Sam. Sleep well."

"Ginny? Be careful tonight." Sam told her, leaving through a side door. Ginny dragged Sirius out into the hall, rubbing her eyes.
