[Ginny Weasly]

"For shouting at a teacher." Ginny said, raising her eyebrows, slightly. She looked at him, her face blank. She shook her head, still speaking softly, and said,
"Mr. Malfoy, I strongly suggest you reevaluate your place in this school. Do you want to be someone who is strongly disliked, someone who no one will stand up for? Or do you want to be someone people are proud to be friends with? Proud that they know you? I've met a total of three students who claim to be proud of you."

She held up three fingers, putting one down for each of the students she would mention, "Mr. Crabb and Mr. Goyal. Both, as I'm sure you know, are not the smartest of people, so no one ever takes their word. And Ms. Perkinson, whom we both know admires anything male that walks on two legs." She put her hand down and shook her head.

"No more back talk, or I'm giving you detention, Mr. Malfoy." Ginny told him. Her voice had been soft throughout it all, it seemed as though her temper had dissappeared. In reality, it was just below the surface, waiting for an excuse.

"What are you talking about?!? I'm not strongly disliked..and a lot of people stand up for me! Oh, I almost forgot..everyone's proud of me," Draco smirked.   "And my father will most certainly be hearing about how you treat me! You have no reason or authority to act the way you do towards me! I do nothing to deserve it," he added, angrily.

[Ginny Weasly]

"I have the authority. I am your teacher. I am the head of the wizarding court. I am an auror. I have all the authority I need. Your father can do nothing to me, you see." Ginny's voice was still level, and she hadn't even gotten angry at him. She was tired of Draco.

"As far as deserving it, that is for the person with authority to determine, and I determine that you deserve everything I give you and so much more hell." She told him, her voice dull.

Cho got up and went to see if Ginny was still lecturing at Draco. She saw Ginny still lecturing Draco but couldn't hear.

"Don't you ever doubt what my father can do!" Draco replied, angrily.

"Mr. Malfoy, I'm not doubting." Ginny said. Her voice never raised, stayed monotone, "I know he can do nothing."

Draco dropped his jaw slightly. "I wouldnt be so sure of that if I were you. My father is extremely powerful. He can do so much more than you can even imagine," he said, rather smugly.

[Ginny Weasly]

"Your father barely graduated." Ginny told him, shaking her head with pity, "I can prove it to you. It's in the school records."

Cho stifled a laugh and just kept watching knowing that Ginny, most likely, knew she was watching them.

"My father is one of the smartest, greatest, most powerful men ever!" Draco shouted to Ginny. "If he barely graduated, which is probably a huge lie, its only because he had unfair teachers who picked favorites. But, as I said, I'm sure you were just lying, trying to find a way to feel better about yourself."

"How would that make me feel better about myself? I dropped out of school when I was 15." Ginny said, raising an eyebrow. She shook her head, "And please don't yell, it's not good for your voice."

Cho nodded silently in agreement to Ginny's words.

"No. I will continue yelling. By the way, lying and saying that my father barely graduated would make you feel better because you could feel someone was almost as pathetic as you. Pfft, as if that were even possible. But..you were lying anyway, so it doesn't really matter, now does it," Draco said loudly and smugly.

[Ginny Weasly]

Ginny looked into his eyes, her owns flashing slightly, then she shrugged.
"I'm not pathetic. To be truthful, I dropped out to protect students like you. And I'm not lying, you can look in the school records." Ginny shrugged again and walked past him.
