Lavy raised one eyebrow when he took his shirt off. If he didn't think this was in some way of flirting she was a little scared to see what he considered flirting.

She looked up at him as he came closer. She moved to a more comfortable postion as he approached laying out over the cool grass rather then sitting up.

"Lavy. Why?"

She laughed with him. "No real reason why I guess." she patted the empty spot next to her. She didn't wait to see if he came to sit down. She closed her eyes ,letting the heat swirl around her. She waited for him to say something else.

Sirius peered below him and jumped at the site of Lavy. He quickly tried to hid behind the branches and hoped it would be enough so she wouldn't notice him. He peered cautiously below him and about five feet down he met Lavy's gaze. He swallowed and wondered how long she had known he was there.

"How long have you been there, Sirius?" Lavy asked sitting up. She crossed her arms disapprovingly and waited for him to come out of the tree.

Sirius growled slightly peering down at her. He leaned backwords, grabbing hold of the branch and, doing a flip, managed to landed on the ground with little effort. He stood up and from placing his hands on the ground for support he brushed them off smiling meekly at Lavy. "Depends, how long did it take you to realize I was up there?"

She was silent for a moment and then her look melted into a smile. "Not long, pretty much a few seconds after you got up there." she laied back down and closed her eyes.
