"Aye, had her since she hatched from an egg on my window sil back in Winnipeg." he smiled and stroked her head and down her back the bird cawed happily then suddenly hopped up in the air and glided over and landed on Ginnys shoulder.

Ginny smiled, turning her head slightly so she could still look at Isis. Yes, the talons dug into Ginny's bare shoulders, she was in a tank top, but it hurt no more than a small needle would.

Besides, Ginny was no stranged to pain. In any sense.
She looked to Devon, "Winnipeg...I'm afraid I'm not sure where that is."

Ginny glanced at the falcon, smiling. She was good with animals, she loved them too.

"Well, you're wrong," Draco sneered at Devon. "Voldemort sure isnt dead. He's alive and more powerful than ever! But Dumbledore, on the other hand, is dead. He's gone! I mean, I would know! I was there! I saw it! I was the one who was supposed to do it and I almost did, but...." he did not finish this sentence, for fear of saying any more than he already had and saying something he would regret.. He then slowly began to back away once more..

"Mr. Maloy, please report to your common room or you will get detention." She told him in a steel like voice.

Turns to Draco yanking out his wand "Petrificus Totalus" He screamed loudly that even Isis Jumped. Draco had just all but admitted to being a death eater. In front of more witnesses then one should have.

Draco, being not very good at nonverbal spells, had no other choice but to lay petrified on the ground. He,himself, had seen no fault in being a death eater what so ever.

"Ginny you should summon someone from the Ministry. If you can or get a teacher who can, i don't know who can and can't around here. But he just as much as admitted to being a Death Eater and being involved in the attack on this school."

Ginny sighed and rubbed her forehead.
"Devon, I'm sorry, but we can't do anything to him. No one has seen him do anything wrong...other then being an ass." She added, then looked at him, truely sorry. She knew he would be upset.

Hell, she was upset.

"Even the Ministry can't do anything. We have no proof other than his word, which is nothing. When we actually see him clad in the robes of a deatheater, then we can do something. Until then, there is nothing we can do."

Cho stifled a few giggles as Ginny talked s bad about Draco. "Yes of course....as always keeping out of trouble." Cho said smiling.

Smiles and waves his wand around whispering a few words and using transfiguration on him, to turn him into the ferret that Mad Eye Moody had done to him before. and turned around and walked away.

Giny watched Malfoy as a ferret for a moment, then picked up the squirmming ferret. Instantly, Malfoy was appareated to his common room, still in ferret form.

turns hearing the Paff of the aparation. He smiled and winked at Ginny. "should've sent him somewhere remote, woulda forced him to think about things.....or I shoulda turned him into a weasle matches him better then a ferret"
